Healthy fast food in a non-fast food atmosphere. The newish soups are very tasty, and the salads are better than any others in any restaurant, IMHO. Sorry about the photo but I just had to have a bite – it was so good!

My daughters and I had an awesome experience at this restaurant today. We went for an early dinner. My 14 year old was taking her pizza to our table, and half of it accidentally slid off her plate and landed on the floor. She was mortified. We quickly made our way to the table. I got up to go get us some drinks and by the time I got back, the manager, Brittany, had brought her another pizza to replace the one that was ruined. This kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days. We had a wonderful meal because of Brittany’s kindness. She is a huge asset to this restaurant and a great example for her coworkers. Just wanted share. Thank you for a great meal.

I love coming to Panera, I typically order pick-up so I’m not too sure how eating in is, but they’re constantly out of ingredients, very early too. I can order at 1pm and they’ll be out of bread bowls, that’s all I order. Not everyone is going to order super early some people eat dinner there. You need to order more supplies if you can’t keep up with customer orders, it’s supply and demand, your demand is obviously too much for your supply. Order more, do better. I’ve worked in food service it’s not that hard to order what you need

A friend & I dinned at Panera tonight. People were very friendly and helpful. They were out of radicchio, wouldn’t hurt my feelings whatsoever. I think it’s bitter and horrible tasting. It was my friend’s sandwich. The photo on the menu showed it loaded with vegetables. I was quite surprised when I carried the food to the table for us the sandwich looked flat, there was nothing but cheese tomatoes and some sauce, I believe . They didn’t even offer a substitute of spinach or field greens or anything else for that matter . With the prices today, that was a little surprising. Other than that, the staff members were more than happy to give me something to add to the sandwich for my friend. But I believe they should have pride in what they serve and offer something else to put with the sandwich before serving it. I had a tooth pulled a couple days ago so soft food is all I can have. I had broccoli cheddar and ask for a softer bread. She said we don’t have anything but French bread. Panera Bread doesn’t have anything but French bread. Now, after answering the questionnaire, it says, “What did you eat at Panera Bread?” One of the multiple choice answers is a croissant. That would have been much easier on my mouth. I guess that’s the way things are today. I think it’s very sad.

Service was bad. Didn’t make/get several items we ordered. Food was good, but few options. They acually didn’t have my first choice. Food didn’t all come out at the same time. I had to keep going up to counter to get my food.

Morning shift has better service but it doesn’t matter if they are busy or slow they take more than 20 minutes to get you your order on night shift. They even had us move out car up and then had our order sitting on the table after 30 minutes of waiting we went to see what was going on. They forgot about us.

Honestly Panera isn’t bad but this location usually has terrible service and overall quality control isn’t good. Bread usually hard and stale, soup spilled in bag, sandwich usually unwrapped and tossed in bag or just missing ingredients. I will say shout out to night crew, they are mvps.

Good is good but way over priced. When I decide to splurge they get it wrong and they are always out of menu items. Picture is how little chicken was on my chicken sandwich – in which they also forgot the chipotle sauce.
