I’ve always like going to panera breead the one located in Altamonte Springs. The new one. The service is fast and the food was delicious. However, i feel their food is a little bit pricey. Too expensive! The customer service was exceptional. However, she/ he need to smile. The cashiers looks so serious. Thank you

I stopped in quickly for a drink. Nice bakery. There were a few people in line and the café dining area is small. But, the place is descent enough to enjoy a snack.

DO NOT come to this Panera. One of the cashier’s wrote this disgustingly racist name on my receipt. I didn’t notice until I left, and when I called TWICE to speak to the manager, they wanted to place me on hold for an hour! When I called corporate they said someone would wait 3-5 business days to respond. Disgusting behavior and disgusting franchise for allowing this type of behavior.

Update lol sorry. I live near by: came 1 HOUR before closing to them working out of a cart (sandwich stuff not being cooled) and then complaining loud enough for me to hear, “can people stop ordering food an hour before we close” lol

As for food quality. It remains
Inconsistent product.
This keeps happening. Management needs to train their people to care a little more. Put in a little more effort. Focus on the product and symmetry of a sandwich. Also to make the appropriate amount of pickle chips. Or tell Corperate to not post pictures that don’t show this AMAZING thing and then you get this let down. The pickle chips make the sandwich. I shouldn’t have to ask for extra every time. The picture is literally over flowing. And then one may get charged for extra only to get the appropriate amount.
Visit # 2 next day.
Ordered chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. It was packed! Sammich was great. But management was helping make the food. So good job! Haha
Visit # 3 3rd day. Got another avocado melt sandwich. Different crew today. They didn’t put the sauce on it save for a lil tiny squirt in a spot. They had 1 large chunk of avocado in a corner of the sandwich. It sucked. Again, inconsistent. Look at the advertised picture, the thin slices. You can tell there is not allot of effort from the employee.

Very un pleased with the new Panera.
Atmosphere seems to be some sort of cross between a cafe and a jail pod! You can literally see into first watch kinda of embarrassing. I ordered an avocado toast and is was supposed to be drizzled in garlic aioli instead it was globed on. Not to mention some pretty degrading management. The conversations and tone I heard while waiting on my to go order was un becoming of a good establishment. Only thing pleasant I have to say is the location is better. Wish I could take old building and staff and swap it. I will not return unless my wife needs soup when she’s sick!

I frequent Panera often as a rewards member and choose to go to this location since it has a drive-through and it’s my closest location. I’m constantly on the go and I have a baby so I want to go somewhere I can place an order on my app go and pick it up and continue on with my day. When this location first opened, it was amazing and I still want to give credit to the people who really put an effort there but the past few visits they have messed up or forgotten things on my order. Unfortunately, I don’t frequent. Panera is often because of the disappointment. Hopefully something changes so I can start enjoying it again.

I love panera bread so we were happy to grab a bite. The food was delicious! When I picked up my daughter’s food the spoon was dirty. They quickly fixed it and gave me a plastic one so that was good.

This place should be spotless for the prices of the food! The staff didn’t look like they wanted to be there and it shows in the space. Ppl sitting in the restaurant not eat but gaming using the Wi-Fi. Doesn’t seem safe. I will not be back to this location. Disappointing

This place has the worst service on earth when it comes to a Panera. I sat in drive thru stuck for nearly 45 minutes with zero explanation on what’s going on. Corporate should be watching over this place, especially with it being a new store.
