How can you mess up a grilled cheese? Well, they managed to RUIN it. How do you completely burn the cheese? Plus, the turkey chilli tasted like it was scraped out of the bottom of the pan. I like Panera. Maybe I just need a new location? Update. There have been changes for the better. Food quality has improved. Customer service has improved. Entire restaurant is cleaner. I now am enjoying my meals again. But…have not tried the grilled cheese again!!!

Delicious turkey, bacon on sourdough with great tomato soup. Simple nut great. Brownie was so, so, would have liked it richer chocolate(never too much chocolate). Also had flavored latte. Was great and better price than well known coffee place I usually visit.

Ordered soup to go. I got broccoli cheese and my boyfriend got chicken noodle. Mine was okay. It had 2 pieces of broccoli in it. The chicken noodle had no noodles and a few carrots. For the price we paid it was highway robbery.
