For the price and the many options available, this is a nice place to visit for lunch. They have lots of soup options along with many different sandwiches to choose from. The food was good but not spectacular, but for the price I enjoyed our lunch.

Ordered 2 Chai tea lattes. One on ice another hot, both tasted like warm milk. We requested a refund they were upset about it. Panera has changed the recipe of their Chai and expects us to pay even more. Not going back.

I personally love this Panera bread location. It does sometimes take a while to get your food, but I think it’s because they don’t have many people working at once. However, the people that are working are always super kind, have a smile on their face and overall make it a good experience. There’s one guy that I’ve had a few times with glasses and a very nice smile. I hope they treat their employees well because they are very sweet.

Was there this afternoon. My aunt and I ordered a cup of Mac n cheese, cup of broccoli cheese soup, half a cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich and a small soda and coffee. The Bill comes to $36.80. My Aunt pays it before I really realize what’s going on. So we get receipt and the cashier has charged us for 2 bowls of soup as well as a full chicken salad sandwich. So when we bring it to the cashier’s attention, she isn’t happy at all, she goes into the back and from where we order we can hear her blaming us as if it’s our fault. Granted even if she misunderstood my aunt on the size of her Mac n cheese, I clearly stated half a sandwich as well as a cup of soup, not a bowl. And besides what’s the big deal, a simple mistake. Well the manager comes out and is clearly ticked off that she has to deal w this. She refunds the money then we had to change cash registers so of course that just ticked her off even more so. Then we reordered our food. It’s an $11, difference. Not that big of a deal. But their sign says they’ll get the order right or we get some sort of treat. Well we didn’t say anything. Because it’s already been an issue. So then it takes about 15 mins to nuke out soups and toast the bread and plate it up. Freaking ridiculous. I worked kitchens for 10+ yrs. I know exactly how long it takes to prepare this order, esp when the soups are preportioned. They intentionally took their time. Then we had to ask for our cups for the drinks that they conveniently forgot. I hate to see how they react if there was a real issue. We weren’t rude or pushy. I made sure to thank the manager for helping us and that we appreciated it. And we still were treated as if it’s our fault that their employee tried to upcharge us and then when we pointed it out it’s our fault. The entire visit was ruined by our treatment not to mention the wait and the bland food. It was a basic order and all this trouble for something so simple. I would not recommend this place ever.

Terrible attitude by what appeared to be a manager of sorts (heavier set girl in a black shirt and colored strand of hair). Went to get a drink, sign simply says “no ice, please ask counter to get it for you”. Ok, whatever, no big deal, i was looking to refill with a drink first anyways, then i hear her behind me rudely exclaim “don’t use that!”. Wow, uh, ok? I kindly let her know the sign only says no ice and it would be helpful to others to update it, she storms away saying “im not arguing with you!” very aggressively, then goes into the corner to gossip with her coworker. Felt like a scene out of middle school. It was around noon on a weekday, so this person has to be a full grown adult. Crazy. I checked back an hour later, sign is updated to say no drinks now, in red ink and includes multiple exclamation marks to make sure you know you are an idiot for thinking you could get a beverage from a beverage machine that had only said no ice. Clearly we should know the entire background of their drink machine service history. Sorry my presense as a paying customer has inconvenienced your business. Must be a non-profit panera.

My wife and I stopped by to order two sandwiches to go. When we got home and unwrapped our sandwiches, we were shocked at how little meat they contained. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review over something like this, but the sandwiches looked almost like whoever built them ran out of an ingredient and just didn’t want to expend the effort to open another container of something.

The server at the pickup window went above and beyond! It’s rare to have someone be that wonderful in the food industry. I wish I could remember his name, but he had beautiful dreadlocks and a snake tattoo on his hand. I really wanted extra ice with my unsweetened tea. He went back and made it perfect. I know this may sound like something small but to me it’s those little things that make a difference. I appreciated it very much! Also my food didn’t disappoint either! Thank you.

I just bought this tuna sandwich and it’s really poor in size and ingredients. The quality has gone downhill, it’s a shame! They’re rushing things and doing everything badly!

WOW – truly speechless.
As a mom needing something somewhat healthy as I drive my kids to their activities, we figured Panera would do the job.
My mistake…
Go through the drive-thru…ask for
1. Ciabata cheese steak sandwich “with no peppers and no onions”
2. Three iced sugar cookies.
And a few other things…a total of 3 full meals that I asked for my sides to be the chips.
As I am waiting and looking into the kitchen as there are 3 teenagers that kept putting things and taking things out of this one bag…in my head I’m saying “I hope thats not mine…because that’s a lot of hands touching my food”.
Sure enough it was.
Thankfully we were early to our activities so we decided to eat in the parking lot.
As I am taking things out of the bag I notice a cinnamon roll (didn’t order), and a brownie (didn’t order). No sight of the cookies.
So I go through the drive-thru again…to tell them they gave us the wrong pastries.
So we get the right pastries and return the other ones.
Go back to the parking lot, open my sandwich only to realize it was some sort of pesto chicken sandwich….NOT my ciabata cheese steak with “no peppers and no onions”. Now I’m frustrated….
So I go back through the drive-thru…
She asks: “so what was your sandwich again?
Me: half of a ciabata cheese steak with “no peppers and no onions”
Wait 5 minutes and I get a wrapped sandwich. My mistake?? Not opening it right on the spot!!!!
Open the sandwich to find ALL OF THE PEPPERS AND THE ONIONS!!
Looking for our 3 chips?? Nowhere in sight!!!!
WOW LIKE WOW. If I wouldn’t have had the time to sit in the parking lot to eat our meal, I would have been one pissed off mom on the road.
TRAIN THE TEENAGERS!!!!! THEY BARELY HAVE ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They should at least get the food right!
Never offered not even a partial refund…but a free cookie though!

12-27-25. Soups and sandwich and salad. Errands with everyone else at the end of the year. Destin is busy!
The chili is not what you’d make at home (beef is ground too thin) good taste though. Autumn soup is always a safe choice.
Update: 1-13-2024
Simple meal before heading home. Pick two. This is a good option to try more than one thing on the menu. First was the steak melt and southwest ceasar. Second was ten vegetable soup and bacon avocado melt. The horseradish on the sandwich was a nice touch. Not too much and just enough zing. The steak was actually tender too. Id order tgis again. No surprises with the salad. Fresh ingredients, especially the avocado. Yum. The 10 veg soup was really simple. No surprises there either. (I enjoyed the salad more, but the soup hit the comfort food spot). Sandwich was fresh and breath was soft with perfect edges. Yum.
Hot tea… Panera has the best selection of hot teas for me. Anything with fruit plus ginger is a hit.
Just needed comfort food on a cold day before Christmas. Panera Bread is always a cozy stop to relax for a cup of soup and hot tea. Seasonal autumn squash and French onion… and hot tea. Hit the spot. Now on to other adventures before final preps for Santa’s arrival.
