Disappointed in the marketing of their group size soup offers. I believe this is probably an issue beyond the scope of this Panera, but I received my order here. It is supposed to be a soup for 4. They give you the large container of soup and 4 cups. A full soup container fills 3 total. You pay for 4 bowls, you get three cups.

I got an email notifying me that my online paid order was ready. Came and there was no order. The only explanation was that somebody probably grab it. The two young associates were very kind but Panera needs to come up with a better way to track who is actually picking up the orders. No reason for me to sit and wait for a prepaid order.

Had the pick two with Caesar Salad and Mac Cheese Sandwich, added the cucumber salad for an up charge. Not as advertised… does this look like the pictures in advertisements or a $13 meal? Salad with wilted lettuce and flavor less chicken, only filled half way. Mac and cheese sandwich with little Mac and cheese and a half full bowl of cucumber salad swimming in way too much Italian dressing. Very disappointing.

Came here and ordered a sandwich and it was so disgustingly made. Why slop up a sandwich,put so much sauce on the sandwich I couldn’t eat it. This is the third Panera bread messed up my food and the last. Want be eating anything from here again

I have random problems at this location. Sometimes its really good and sometimes its really bad. So i ordered the chicken fontega and the corn chowder soup. The soup was awesome! The sandwich on the other hand was a horrible experience. So one side of the sandwich had almost no chicken, the chicken doesn’t really taste good at all (it was really good back in the day), and all the veggies were soft and mushy on there. Half way through my sandwich, I bit into something hard. (careful looking but i added a picture) I gagged so hard and couldn’t eat anything else. I gave them 2 stars because their bagels are always awesome, and their coffee is really good. If I go again, I will try something else.

This appears to be mold in their hvac vents at the side entrance. Manager said he was told it was dust. I’ve never seen dust grow in circles. It often smells sour like mold in that area too.
