We love eating at Panera Bread but this dining room was very dirty. We came back second time and nothing changed. Tables and chairs were not clean and it didn’t look like a lot of people ate there at that time. Food was good and we like our sandwiches.

I guess they’re understaffed and badly managed. Worst Panera I’ve ever seen. Hardly any clean tables. Trash & food debris everywhere on the floor. Dishes piled up on all stations. Didn’t want to go anywhere near the bathroom.. Nobody working the front counter. Order screen was dirty and sticky. Food was normal and timely though.

This Panera used to be pretty good, but now it’s struggling. We have eaten here for 3+ years. We are locals and come here often. Last night the manager tried to cheat us. I always order a full-size Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. When we got our order, he gave me a HALF size salad. I immediately asked, “Is this a full size salad?” Manager said yes. When I got to our table, I saw that my “full” salad was actually smaller than my daughter’s HALF salad! I took both salads back to show the manager. He just took my small salad and without a word handed me a slightly bigger one that was pre-packaged in a To Go container. When I tossed it with dressing, we saw that there was not a single piece of Fuji Apple in my Fuji Apple salad! I went back to the manager a third time and said, “Excuse me, but may I please have some apple?” He quickly grabbed a small carton of apple slices and plunked them down on the counter without a word. He looked like he was working hard, so maybe he is understaffed like so many places are…but a word of apology would have been nice.

We showed up at 9:50 AM on Saturday morning and they were out of nearly every type of bagel! We left without purchasing anything and we watched three different families walk out of the restaurant because of this situation. By the way this was not the first time this happened!

Saw the manager by the name Johannas using a plunger he took from the bathroom on their soupwell, as well as him harassing me and telling me about his wife and twins, but then proceeded to talk about his mistress which I find very unprofessional.He also messed up my order and then touched bread by the cash registers with his bare hands. Restaurant closes at 9 pm but we placed ordered 8:45 pm n manager still came up to tall us 6 ppl that he is closing doors in 2 minutes so why he let us in n took our orders if he don’t want us to dine there ? We are there but all our food was packed to go in a large grocery brown bag not labeled what’s what n shorted us a bowl which was replaced once asked ! But totally rude mamager to staff ! Won’t not come back nor send anyone here !! Felt as visitors weren’t welcomed or brown skin ppl like me ! So aweful as this still goes on in America ! We spent $101 there but won’t go any Panera again in my town or here ! Don’t like to go places don’t appreciate customers for stopping or spending any money there !

NEVER AGAIN: After arriving on Sunday morning with very little crowd and waiting 10 minutes in line we decided to place A point of service order. After waiting 10 more minutes we received our food only to learn that they were without yogurt perfay. The manager came out to explain that they had supply chain issues and took no ownership for the fact that their point of sale and internal inventory system was 100% at fault. Instead of acting in a customer service mindset and seeing what he could offer my gluten and dairy free wife he just gave our money back.
