We were in Panama City and knew that our toddler loves Panera Bread, so we decided to visit one for lunch. Once inside, I ordered Mac & Cheese and Chicken Noodle Soup.
My lunch order arrived in about 10 minutes, and I took it to go. My toddler loved both the macaroni and cheese and the chicken noodle soup. The food was delicious, making it a perfect lunch for him.

This Panera Bread is one of the worst I’ve been to. Me and my girlfriend went in for a kitchen sink cookie to find out they hardly have anything laid out and this was at 1-2 in the AFTERNOON!
We have gone in FIVE separate times and each time they didn’t have the kitchen sink cookie. We talked to the manager and he said they don’t get enough business which is why they don’t put out enough pastries. He only makes 4 kitchen sinks a day and somehow each time we go in they don’t have any available. Don’t you think you should make more if you run out of your number 1 best seller before 3-4 in the afternoon? They throw away most of the pastries at the end of the night or donate them.
If you’re having to throw away your food at the end of the night then get in touch with corporate and have them start doing 50% off at a certain time to make up for the lost goods. Many other businesses do this which helps in saving food going to waste/losing profit plus it brings more attraction to the store. Its a win win for both the company and the customer. Other companies like Dickey BBQ and Potbelly have amazing service and seems to care a lot more about their customers. We actually decided to go to Potbelly’s right across the street because the Panera Bread lost our interest. This could have been all avoided.
Each time we are there it is decently busy just like an other Panera Bread. They are located right in the front of one of the busiest areas in town and somehow you don’t have enough business? NO its the way you run the business is why you’re not getting business.
We drive by it every night and each time the light that lights up the sign is off While every other business has theirs on! No wonder you don’t have any business!
I hope this Panera Bread gets it together and starts taking the business and their customers a lot more serious.

When we got there we were greeted very nicely by the lady who took our order. I paid for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup to go and they only filled the cup up half way. As if I purchased a cup. My bacon turkey bravo bread was extremely hard and my salad was skimpy too. I paid for a pick 2 with the grilled chicken cesar salad and bacon turkey bravo.

Every time I’m in Panama City Beach this Panera is my almost daily stop. As a Sip Club member, I benefit from free drinks, special offers such as a $.99 bagel and much more.
The great deal is not the only reason I come here. It’s always clean! The staff is very friendly. And it almost feels like my home away from home.

Great spot to get some work done during vacation
I stopped by Panera Bread while on vacation because I needed Wi-Fi to get some work done. It wasn’t crowded, the seating was spacious, and it turned out to be a great place to stay for a few hours and focus.

We love eating at Panera Bread but this dining room was very dirty. We came back second time and nothing changed. Tables and chairs were not clean and it didn’t look like a lot of people ate there at that time. Food was good and we like our sandwiches.

I have visted Panera Bread restaurants across the country as I travel for work. They are all every consistent EXCEPT for the one in Panama City Beach, FL. This is the third time I have visited and on this visit the Greek salad was wilted and actually you can see from the photo had rotten greens! The salad had no chicken and I verified the order before placing the order. I will give them credit as the order was ready at 10:58 a.m. and I thanked the staff but they didn’t even turn around and acknowledge me. Every time I have ordered from this location the food is questionable. I’ll be taking the drive over the bridge to go to the one in Panama City. Panera should eliminate them from the chain. They are terrible!

I usually don’t leave reviews too often, but the condition of this place was not acceptable. The tables were dirty, all the trash cans were overfilled, and the staff was just standing around talking. I could understand if there was a rush, but the place was so slow. I hope this gets to the right person for correction because this is not acceptable.
