This is the most disorganized panera i’ve ever seen. There is no communication from the staff which directly affects the customer experience. I got a you pick 2 and got a fruit cup as the side, the fruit was literally brown and black, squishy and inedible. When i was picking up my order from the counter my soup was COLD because it had been sitting on the counter for god knows how long before they marked it complete. the lady put chips on my plate and i said oh no could i just have a piece of bread, she proceeded to take the chips back and make me pay 99¢ for a piece of bread. Hello? And also extremely rude. There were people waiting for over 30 minutes and then when they finally asked where their food was they were told to go wait by the front counter. Completely disorganized. I’m gonna start driving the 20 minutes to the other panera because this is the second time i’ve had issues here. 2/23 at around 3pm

WORST Panera I’ve ever been to. Smelled disgusting the second I walked in to grab my pickup order. Literally had to hold my nose. Then somehow, with only 3 people in the entire restaurant, my order was behind schedule AND cold. Everything was thrown together, the bag wasn’t even closed, and my sandwich was almost falling out of the wrapping. The whole order was only two items. How is it so hard to literally just heat things up?!?!?! Not a single employee looked like they even cared or acknowledged the lateness. One employee simply stood there talking on her cell phone, hiding behind a shelf thinking no one could see. Photo attached is supposed to be the “ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich”… more like cheesy bread with some steak. Don’t waste your money, go to the student union or Apalachee location.

I love this store particularly because it’s genuine efforts to serve us the best out of the best food ingredients, nice presentation of food, delicious and quality preparation. The staffs are cordial and caring for our needs. The ambience is just perfect clean and quite nice to ignite our creativity. The in-house wifi with a sip of coffee you can expect a lot of laptop works and a writing works to be done smoothly here while you can enjoy freshly made warm food. I love to do business with them and proud to have them in the vicinity.

After waiting 20 minutes for our food (which I never care about) I got my bread bowl. A bread bowl is more expensive than a bowl of soup. This bread bowl was so small and half it wasn’t even scooped out. The soup was less than a CUP of soup. This is ridiculous I paid for a bowl and got less food than a cup. It took half of my side of bread to finish this soup just by dipping it. Edit: went back to this location just to try the new menu. Heard the employees talking how they messed up my order and forgot my drink when it was ready and I went to grab it they grabbed it back out of my hands for no reason and then said my bad. Waited 25 minutes for a soup and sandwhich while people who ordered after me were all getting their food. These are legit the worst employees.

I have autism and PTSD that makes communicating in public very difficult and ordering in public very stressful. There have been times I get so stressed out I can’t leave the house for days. Panera has been a safe space with the computer kiosks and the kind workers making me feel welcome. I will sit in the corner with my value duet and unlimited sip club drink and practice being comfortable around others and louder noises. It’s one of the three places I feel safe to eat at in town.
I like the grilled cheese duet, but love the tuna as well.
Thank you.

Best customer service! Restaurant was clean. Food was delicious and fresh. Gentleman taking orders at the counter was friendly and very sweet. Drink options are all soooo good. Tons of cookies and baked goods to chose from for dessert!

What a joke… this place is awful. I spend way too much money here to put up with the professional medocracy that is this place. Awful brittany’s worst than any other location, tried telling staff but was told “that is how that are supposed to be” but the just aren’t. Just messing my order up more often than not burned bread, burned sandwiches, hard as a rock brittanys and under cheesed. The owner of this location needs to have a SERIOUS look in the mirror and do a quality control check on your establishment because it’s just awful. Today will officially be my last day of throwing $ down the drain at this location, managers should take customer complaints seriously. Due diligence just isn’t there and if my employees did customers this way, I’d absolutely CLEAN HOUSE. #BeBetter. Now that I’m in Texas again I can show you what the cheese brittanys are supposed to look like. The pic with the Brittany’s and my tea directly next to it are the Texas versions and your GM should probably take notes I’ll absolutely never spend another $ at this location EVER. Manager take a look at these instead of looking me in my face and telling me they are supposed to be like that. Terrible leadership at the location, the blind leading the blind.

This place is right in the middle of a hive of FSU student housing so does get busy. I view that as a good thing. The staff here is on point and the service quick. I am a huge fan of Panera’s soups and the French onion here is as good as you would get in an upscale restaurant.

Everyone knows Panera Bread to be a reliable bite to eat. Every meal is served to order, with your choice of bread, chips, or an apple.
Today, when walking into the fast, fresh, and causal chain, we ordered off of the very convenient kiosks. Using these makes it easier to customize menu options and get exactly what you want.
We ordered the Mac and Cheese, Chicken Caesar Salad with a Chicken Frontega Panini, Broccoli and Cheddar Soup with a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, and a Chicken Noodle Soup. From the bakery, a chocolate chip cookie and a bear claw.
The Mac and Cheese is a fan favorite at Panera Bread, with a great noodle to cheese ratio. The cheese is very creamy, but some may say too creamy, but you can use the bread to soak up the extra cheese. The Chicken Caesar Salad was served a little dry but the chicken had an excellent flavor. The Chicken Frontega Panini was slightly burnt on the bottom, but the flavors were delicious and savory. The Broccoli and Cheddar Soup was very thick, as it should be, and tasted great. The Napa Sandwich would have been helped with more wet ingredients, as the filling was a tad dry. The chicken noodle soup was an average soup, not bad but not amazing.
The cookie was awful but it was free, they had messed up our other bakery order and offered the cookie as compensation. Today, the bear claw was over-baked but they are usually quite good.
If you’re looking for a fresh and fast restaurant with lots of variety then go to Panera Bread.

The last 3 times in a row I went to this Panera they have gotten my order incorrect. This last time they gave me the completely wrong soup! Chicken noodle soup is not the same as turkey chilli. The food is constantly inconsistent. It’s either not prepared as ordered, despite checking it off on the receipt, or under portioned.
Quality control/order checking is not in order. I am only writing a review because this is becoming a consistent problem. I live 20 miles away and go to this Panera on my way home from work, I can’t just come bring it right back each time.
