Came here for lunch and the food is Always good to me, I usually get the same thing. But came here with my wife and the food was great but the customer service was excellent and I have to give props to Johnna she was awesome made us feel welcomed and I hope management see this and sets her up for success. She was nice to everyone in the store you could be having a bad day and this lady could cheer you up. The staff as whole was excellent but Johnna deserves the pat on the back.

Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement

I arrived at 9:23 AM and placed a mobile order from the parking lot. The app indicated my food would be ready by 9:39 AM, but it wasn’t marked ready until 9:47. According to the instructions in the app, I was to wait in the Rapid Pickup Lane—so I proceeded to the “Stop Here” line. I watched another car pull forward, while I stared at the back doors (which never opened). Confused, I backed up my car to the order box area, but nothing about the pickup process matched the in-app instructions.

Eventually, I drove up to the window. After waiting for the previous order to be completed, I was met by an employee who looked confused and unprepared. She left to locate my order, and when she returned, I began explaining the situation. Mid-story, she interrupted, saying, “old on.” I asked her to please give me the food first. She did, but I saw her speaking to someone who seemed to be the manager, offering excuses rather than solutions.

When I explained what had happened, the manager told me she had let everyone go on break and personally cooked my food, hence the delay. I mentioned that no other customers had come through between 9:30 and 9:47. Rather than being understanding, she was dismissive and confrontational. In a condescending tone, she asked if I “wanted a cookie.”
A cookie? I had paid nearly $70 for breakfast and tipped generously, I didn’t want a cookie. I wanted what I ordered to be delivered with professionalism and courtesy. After some back and forth, she finally said, “I’m sorry.” I thanked her and drove to the parking lot at 10 AM—only to discover that my customized sandwich (which I paid extra for) was missing key ingredients: no cheese, barely any avocado, and a single dry egg white.

This was a frustrating, disappointing start to the morning with this location’s poor service, attitude, and food quality. I expect better, and customers deserve better. Do better.

Manager sat there with two dumb customers who are talking about how much they hate one religious group vs the other. The manager is sitting here taking this in and asking questions and all. Mind you, not one person in this place looked the same so what if you are offending someone with this all “ “ are like this and they don’t care about life no respect. Location is great off the main road. There is a drive thru that is convenient for days you don’t need to get out of your car and are on the run. The staff was friendly and attentive to our order. We had 2 orders that needed to go to different households so needed them bagged separately but paid under one bill. They paid attention and followed through. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again.

I’m rating the food, services and the clean atmosphere all 5 stars. My overall rate, however, is 4 stars. I used their kiosks or tablets to place my order. I selected the beepers to alert me when my order was ready but they didn’t have the beepers, so I was forced to use my phone number. I then started receiving spam calls and I’ve been blocking these numbers since then. I’m not really sure why they no longer use beepers like other locations still do, but I’m sure they have valid reasons. I do wish they reconsider. All else in this location is cozy and friendly, I recommend.

You typically don’t find a poor Panera. But this time I did. Service was horrible and super slow. My first visit was for a smoothie ordered through the app. About 15min after it was promised, I received it. It was fairly busy so I kinda understood. The next day I ordered a bagel and coffee. Again about 15min after I was promised, I received it. This time they weren’t busy and they had more employees working. They were all to busy talking about their weekend to focus on getting food out. Glad I ordered on the app, no one was up front on both visits. In the end my food and drinks were good. Not sure I could recommend this location knowing they could be so much better and normally are.

Clean space, lots of parking, and food was as expected. Strongly recommend avoiding the espresso; was served in a 12 oz paper cup and was burned horribly. Realizing it’s not a coffee shop, so perhaps that is on me. P

Today 10/11/25 at 10:25 am my day was brightened by the sweetest cashier in driver thru date . She was polite,kind, helpful and even told me about the pick even checked if I had rewards which took off $5 !!So thank you young lady for being a lil sunshine in my day!

Tired of you guys messing my food up 3 times in a row missing ingredients/sad Looking food/ingredients, already pitiful cut backs and inflation. I work in the same plaza I’ve loved this place for so long and it sucks now basically either get an attitude from younger employees.. forget to put sth on my food, totally skimp a bowl. Or today my fruit looking like it has char from a grill all over the tiny slivers of fruit that taste like gas it threw away. It’s not even worth walking back to get ingredients for my sandwich that is already cold… There goes $15 again. I hate complaining but I can’t stand for the decrease in quality all around this area in food/service..sue me. There’s a couple amazing employee over there so it sucks when others taint that
