We go every Wednesday or Thursday to different Panera’s near us & I was disappointed in the rotting salad leaves in a half salad! It totally turned me off going back to this Panera. As far as service, what service we put in our own order we picked up our order we cleaned up after ourselves. If ur talking about making the food the salad was disappointing as I said above. But the soup was good could definitely be served hotter, I don’t like having to reheat the food I just paid for. I expect soup to come out HOT!!!!

Food was good. The ciabatta steak sandwich has a sweet sauce on it that I recommend having it on the side. The staff went out of their way to make it a great experience. The person at the register is really nice. Worth coming here to see her flamboyance! Skip the kiosk order and order with her.

I am a frequent customer at this location and tonight I had the best expirence in store all because of Mrs. Megan. She was so sweet and patient. I usually do online orders, however decided to come in and I was greeted with a smile, helpful information regarding food (those who have allergies know) and I couldn’t have had a better experience!! She needs a raise, she went above and beyond customer service and deserves to be recognized!

As a sip club member, I bought a bagel and then went to get an unsweetened iced tea. The iced tea was out, so I told the woman in front. After waiting 10 minutes and no one getting any iced tea, I went to the kitchen area and asked them for one.
The restaurant was almost empty and no one seemed overworked, so I guess customer service isn’t important to them.

They always give me the wrong food.
Either someone else’s food they were supposed to give to the people in front of me or they give me a different portion than what I paid for like a half of a sandwich instead of the full I paid for.
I drive all the way to AB now to get Panera there because the ones closest to my house can’t seem to get it together and give people the correct food with a smile on their face

I have been to this Panera bread twice, but I will never frequent this place ever again. It seems that the conversations that are going on in the back about their lives were more important than serving paying customers. I guess the General Manager loves her employees but hates her guests. Sad but true .
