Great atmosphere to set a mtg, have extended conversation, enjoy liquid refreshment/meal/snack. Even great to eat quietly alone. This is starting to be my local “go to” meeting place due to location as well. Its been valuable to meet community leaders on behalf of the local Kiwanis club, minister/help (TJam), or catch up with old friends. Kitchen staff is always hustling too. They get the food to customers as fast as possible because of it.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken on it. When I went back to get a replacement (after clocking out from work a SECOND time) I heard the people making my sandwich making fun of me, saying they should just give me the patty to see my reaction and laughing very loudly. This is a pretty reliable Panera location; good service, food comes out as expected, no issues. We usually get breakfast here, but make sure to be early. The souffles are amazing, but they often run out of them because of how popular they are. Certainly worth the wait!

Literally every time I go through drive thru something from my order is either wrong or missing. At first it was annoying then it became a joke. I stopped going for a while, decided to try drive thru again today. Didn’t check my order before I drove away (like an idiot), and sure enough they gave me the wrong sandwiches. Lmao. Just check your orders before you drive away. Otherwise food is good and staff is friendly.

Costumer service was great! However I noticed the restaurant itself was not very clean. The most concerning part was how the green tea machine looked. At first I thought it was the green tea mix they use but it was not moving or coming out, it’s caked on in the inside, which means it has not been cleaned out in a while.. very gross.

Love the strawberry poppy seed salad with chicken in the summer and the two times I have gone through drive through to get the order is never complete. The first time there was no chicken on either my salad or my wife’s salad. Today there was no dressing. I’m DONE with Panera

My oatmeal was very bland despite the sugary topping. And the croissant was cold and frankly undercooked. We didn’t order a soufflé because the ones on the tray looked bad and the cashier said the batch in the back were very brown. I feel the quality has suffered over the past few years.
