My husband and I went to The Villages for a free concert at the square. We got dinner there before the concert started at Panera Bread that is a very convenient for concert attendees and within walking distance to the square.

Hadn’t been to Panera in at least 10 years and didn’t have positive memories. Well, they exceeded expectations by a lot. Had a southwest chicken salad – not exactly what Panera calls it. Excellent. Good quality and good amount of food. Love the warm bread too

The service in this place is abysmal at best…… the food has gone downhill and stands about the quality in McDonald’s at most times…… their rewards program is a joke today they wanted to give me a free bagel but if I wanted cream cheese, it cost almost as much as the bagel so we know how that works…… with their system. They always text you. Your order is ready and it never is because it’s all bull and even when they’re done there’s a good many times. The order is not right and things are missing…. then they always suggest a tip on the sppand. I’ll give you a tip some day when you actually do it right.

Only received 2 out of 4 of my items. Waited on front counter for a rapid pick up order received an email stating it was ready but it was behind employees. Was then told I would get a refund and waited for 15 minutes and still have not received money back for items I did not receive. No matter what time you come into this Panera they always have line out the door. Management needs to come up with better process for how they serve customers. Second visit both times had terrible customer experience. Also good luck ever finding a parking spot.

Sorry to say it, but this place needs an upgrade. It’s so dingy, filthy. Mold all over vents, especially in the bathroom. Also very difficult to eat and enjoy my food with gnats flying everywhere! Disgusting. For $40 worth of food…I could have gone elsewhere. It’s pretty sad that any other fast food place is cleaner than here. Food was also cold.

Expensive, tried a new sandwich and it sucked. My fault, should have paid closer attention to what went into it. Broccoli soup was creamy but no Broccoli just a few crumbs. Service staff is great though!

Panera Bread… Consistency in menu items and quality. I have always found the restaurant clean and the staff friendly and helpful. They are a fully handicap accessible restaurant. On this trip, I was in a bit of a hurry and knew I could get a soup and quickly continue with my day. They did not disappoint.
