I’ve been a Sip Club member since the summer promotion Panera Bread ran one year ago. I always enjoy getting a large green tea via the drive-thru when I see a Panera Bread in my travels! Definitely a nice perk how one large drink per day is on Panera for me to enjoy as a member–of course this comes with a monthly fee. I hardly ever go inside, but this day I was craving a broccoli and cheese soup nestled inside one of their bread bowls!

I love Panera! But this location needs new management or something! It’s TERRIBLE! I mean consistently!! We love the 4 cheese soufflés. But I can’t tell you how many times we’ve tried to get them at this location, and they’ve been severely undercooked!! Every few months we try them again because it’s the closest location to us… and we usually love Panera! But they consistently disappoint! Items are often missing from our order when we DoorDash… or incorrect. And the soufflés are always undercooked or waaay overcooked and burnt. Always inedible! Today our soufflés were so undercooked they were dripping! They shouldn’t be like that!!!

Got their amazing breakfast sandwich on asiago bagel, cheddar cheese is great add on. I ordered through the app, and it was ready for me when I was promised. The food was delicious, the coffee nice and strong, I will be back again soon when I’m in the area.

Nice dining area. Line to place my order was a little long, but moved along well. I ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken I also ordered a chocolate chip muffie. Loved the cookie. Salad was very good, I just wish it had more chicken. 4.5 stars.

I’ve been going here for the last 2 months while I’m taking a course nearby. The unlimited sips is definitely worth it for those who get drinks often. I used to get food here as well but I had a hair in my chicken/avocado wrap so I stopped getting food and only get drinks now. I’ve probably gotten about 30-40 Chai Tea Lattes in the last two months, these taste amazing but aren’t part of the unlimited sips and cost $5.10 each.

despite repeating myself 3 times at the drive through for my order they missed the drink I ordered and only filled my BOWL of soup half way and still charged full. Never visiting this Panera again. When you work near a hospital, urgency is necessary during lunch hours and so is listening to orders to make sure they’re correct.

I went through the drive-through and the girl on the speaker had only been there for two days, so I made sure to be extra patient while she took my order. I ordered something simple a smoothie, two bagels with cream cheese, and a soufflé. When I got to the window, it was taking a little bit longer than normal, but I didn’t mind. I was in handed my food, and I always check before I leave and my soufflé was missing so I asked for my soufflé. I was then handed my soufflé by a different person, and the window was shut before I could say anything. I even waved and asked if I could have my receipt And the manager came over waving the receipt in my face saying what we didn’t even charge you for the bagel so I don’t know what you need the receipt for. I ended up being charged for three cream cheeses rather than two instead of two bagels, I was only charge for one bagel. It did save me $.19 but that wasn’t the reason I wanted the receipt. I got my receipt because it was a company purchase, but it was Mat was such an attitude and I don’t know why. I didn’t catch her name because she was not wearing a name tag, but she was. Wearing glasses and she had curly brown hair. I’ve never had an issue with a Panera before I used to work at the company. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but I just don’t know why that attitude was necessary or thought to be OK.

I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru line, while placing my order I was rushed to the window when I wasn’t done ordering. Which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but then when I arrived home with the food (I ordered a pick 2), my Mac n cheese was literally filled up halfway, there was no question about a side or a baguette thrown in the bag, and the tea was so watered down I didn’t know how long it was sitting. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it does seem to be a re-occurring theme here…
