Very friendly and helpful staff here. I mixed up part of my order, and they helped me fix it right away with no issue. Cozy vibes inside, with plenty of seating space. Good outdoor seating too for when the weather is nice. Everything was clearly marked inside, whether ordering in person or just picking up. Would definitely visit this location again!

Go here all the time. The food is pretty good, especially when you’re sick and need soup. Recommend ordering in person though. I had gotten some soup delivered and paid an extra $2.00 to upgrade to the bowl of soup, but only got a cup when it was dropped off.

I am a regular customer spending few hundred dollars every year. The weekend service is horrible especially 2 or 3 people in the inside. One peurtorican or Haitian girl is very rude & unhelpful always & another young short guy came shouting at me since I told them there was no milk or cream near the coffee counter.
The service at the counter on weekdays, ie Sharlene is excellent & she is hardworking & friendly to everyone. The dishwasher is very friendly & greets everyone on weekdays.
Until recently the seats were in bad shape for years. The management is afraid to discipline the bad employees bcz there is a high turnover. Sorry to write this review

Food here is always great. Service is friendly. My only complaint is every time I come which is between 9:45-10am the soups nor dippers never ready. If this location opens at 6am and lunch options are available… why would the soups and dippers not be ready 3 hrs after opening?

I have ordered from this Panera location several times. Normally, drive through is average time. The other day, I ordered my boyfriend the Autumn Squash Soup, which he loves. I ordered myself the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. The food was great, the customer service is average, the prices are high as expected.

I dined in for the first time yesterday, and everything was great!
I ordered the you pick two feature that they have. I had half a tuna fish salad sandwich on white bread and half a southwest chicken ranch salad, plus a side of chips.
The food was prepared fresh, tasted great, and was super filling! Prices are kind of high now like other people have mentioned, but I absolutely left full.
I work remote, so I have to mention the WiFi here is surprisingly fast and snappy! I was able to get some work done while grabbing food.
Highly recommend this location though. It’s located off of US-90 and easy to get to. Parking is odd, but I didn’t let that stop me. I’ll be back when I’m working in the area.

I ordered sandwich and salad. Basically got a half of a sandwich for 15.00 The Caesar salad was lettuce, croutons, and dressing. The lettuce was very old and brown so I don’t think it’s safe to eat.

Again not correct !!!
Come on I don’t mind paying for what I order and @ their prices really
Last week it was the people that made the order
Today was the young lady taken the order, then when tried to correct it @ the window inside I started to receive a little attitude due to the lady that put the order in wrong
The food is usually good so I don’t mind paying extra, but the last 2 times it has gone way down and god forbid they forget something, when I call u get an I don’t care attitude

The food is good! The front desk girl, who had two braids dyed red and was taking item from the bakery, took over ten minutes to even appear at the front register, walked up and was on her phone at the front, never spoke to us or the other guests at all, when I made eye contact she kind of glared at me, put some bakery items in a bag and left again. There is zero chance management would allow her to continue on with the ‘customer service’ she displayed. Totally out of character for a Panera Bread.
