I ate here for the first time in late August 2023 and I must say the food and service were awesome for my first visit! I got a breakfast sandwich and cinnamon latte and they were tasty! I will definitely return and I highly recommend Panera!

I have had the Mediterranean Greek Salad at least 5 times. Once was really good, once was ok and 3 times not good. Hard chunks of lettuce many times with brown in it. Over half the salad is not good and buried under what appears good.

Second coffee and second office, I stopped here for about two hours this morning. Clean, comfortable and good coffee. I found a quiet table towards the back where I was not disturbed during my stay. It didn’t get at all busy on a weekday morning so I felt no guilt using the table for that long.

I got the pick 2 and they told me it was going to be $17, I adore why and they said it was because of the sandwich I picked want a half one. I said I ordered the pick 2 which is a half sandwich and soup and they said yes “but”, this sandwich isn’t a half. So I said it shouldn’t be a pick 2 and they said it is a pick 2 but it just costs more. I was confused so I just changed my order and asked them to tell me what to order for the pick 2 and it was great and $11.

I ordered a 9.99 chicken salad sandwich. When I received the sandwich I opened it up and there was a tablespoon or less of chicken salad. I was shocked. They are charging a lot of money for this sandwich. It was pathetic looking. I called the manager over and she said that was right amount for the sandwich. I told her it was disgraceful that they provided that little in a sandwich of that high price. She did bring me a little bit more to put into the sandwich. While sandwich turned out to be tasty after the addition of the extra salad, it’s still left me with a bad taste in my mouth about Panera bread.

This place was extremely dirty. There is mold on their thing in the back that hold the food they have pre-prepped. The bathroom had mold and filth. Thebcharged lemonade dispensers had mold. They got my order wrong as well as my friend who was with me. Over all, we love Panera but will not be returning to this location. Corporate should investigate as well as the health department.

I’ve been eating at Panera’s for years. I got there and was greeted by no one. The girls (together) were talking about a date. The guy before me realized there’s a self ordering kiosk, then proceeds to cough all over it. We continue to wait and one of them FINALLY says – we will be with you shortly. But definitely not before finishing her story. We walked out as other victims walked in. Never again!

It’s a standard Panera bread. The cashier was good and went out of her way to answer my questions about specific allergen and ingredients. The food depends on who is making it. I got a grain bowl with very little sauce (so ended up being pretty dry).

Panera used to be really good but the last few times I have gone there I have been disappointed. Seems like the food has gone down in quality but the prices have gone up. The service has gone down as well. It’s not limited to this location but all of them that I have been to in the last year or so. I will not be returning to any Panera!
