Prices have gone insane. While the soup was tasty – it certainly was not worth the nearly $11.00 paid for it ($9 + $2 system prompted tip). The chicken on that spoon represents ALL the chicken that was added to my chicken noodles soup.

Food was great and tasted fresh. They had a decent selection of bakery items to choose from. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and there was plenty of seating available. The interior could use an upgrade, but the place was quiet and the food was delicious. Overall, a good experience and I would come back.

The food was great although portion to price could be better. Also, I am not frequent customer and didn’t know where the to go counter was and, I waited for awhile until I got noticed by an employee who was very helpful. I wish the cashier had taken a second to let me know.

Okay I figured I would share this it was worth the share there’s this guy middle-aged blue shirt kind of bald maybe I don’t know manager some type ridiculous someone needs to definitely do something about this guy it was ridiculous I guess because he is management he feels that he can talk to whoever how he wants because he is higher up it is ridiculous I am a dasher I came to pick up an order I have been waiting 15-20 minutes I had asked buddy about the order and told him I had been waiting 15-20 minutes he called me a liar and I was like excuse me sir and I asked are you serious he immediately raised his voice than me told me that he could have my job through DoorDash get real told me that I did not have to deliver that order that he told me to leave the store that he did not want me to take that order ridiculous I guess he was having a bad day or a power trip not real sure I know this probably won’t do anything but if somebody reads it maybe just maybe they might just have a talk with him like I said buddy it was ridiculous he must hate his life but whatever maybe somebody will see this and somebody will do something blue shirt middle-aged guy hates his life you know who I’m talking about if you’ve ever been in the store lol

The bread was excellent which is a great thing because my sandwich had very little else to it. I ordered the chicken, bacon, ranch, but there was hardly any meat or sauce in it. Sauce was concentrated on one corner, but no where else. This is my second attempt to understand the hype of Panera and I still can’t get behind the craze. My husband got the bread bowl Mac and Cheese and he liked it a lot, so at least there was that. Again, stellar bread, but lackluster sandwich, especially for almost $15. I can get a sandwich with enough left over for lunch the next day that’s not only better, but cheaper, at Schlotsky’s.

$10 for a soup this small, no bread bowl which I payed extra for, no cheese on the soup, and the cheesesteak isn’t even warm. Tried to eat the soup and it isn’t warm either. Why are ya’ll serving cold food in a small portion at a high price, AND missing parts of people’s orders? That’s a good strategy for losing business.

What else can I give but one star for a restaurant that got both my wife and my order wrong? My wife ordered a scrambled egg/sausage on Ciabbata; she got it on an everything bagley. I ordered an everything bagel w/cream cheese and got NO cream cheese! We were in town for a wedding and embarking on a 5 hour drive home to Tallahassee. NOT THE WAY TO START OUR TRIP. By the way, my wife is a MyPanera member.
