The person serving up the food has such a nasty attitude. I paid extra for avocado on my Mediterranean bowl and got nothing but nastiness when I approached the counter after realizing there was no avocado in my bowl. Her response was that she saw ‘him’ chop it up so she knew it was on there but that it was in the bottom. After a few more bites and not seeing more than 4-5 dime sized slivers of avocado, I approached the counter again and received more nasty attitude when I questioned the amount of avocado. I ended up walking away because she was so rude and did nothing but offer up baseless explanations. I had been there just the week before and received two slender slices of avocado on this same bowl, far more than the pathetic excuse for added avocado I paid for today. I’m just glad other restaurants in town are opening so I don’t have to continue paying exorbitant amounts of money for food that I don’t receive at Panera.

We ordered the steak, white cheddar and pickled onion sandwich and French onion soup. So so good! The soup was so rich and delicious! The sandwich has become my favorite…so flavorful with the horseradish dressing!

The food is amazing here and the atmosphere is great for business meetings. My only complaint is that it can be pricey. I paid $5 for barely about a scoop of Mac N Cheese which stinks, but the flat bread pizza was great though!

The employees here are awesome. Simple thoughts on a better Panera experience: It’s time for less menu items and more food for diners. The food portions are diminishing across the Panera chain and while many do not want to cook at home because of summer heat, it might be a good idea to go in the opposite direction. Have to use phone’s hotspot here, because the wifi is very slow, it could be helpful to get a faster connection so customers can use it.

I dropped in for lunch and got a BBQ chicken sandwich and cream of chicken with wild rice soup. My lunch was great. The service was quite fast given it was the lunch hour in a Wednesday. My favorite part was the brownie I got for a snack later in the day. Worth every calorie!

$11 for a third of a bowl of soup. It cost my family of 3 $35 for some of the cheapest options we could find (greek salad no meat, for example). For that kind of money there are better options for dining in Gainesville. The store was absolutely filthy, with every single table unwiped and covered in food.

What else can I give but one star for a restaurant that got both my wife and my order wrong? My wife ordered a scrambled egg/sausage on Ciabbata; she got it on an everything bagley. I ordered an everything bagel w/cream cheese and got NO cream cheese! We were in town for a wedding and embarking on a 5 hour drive home to Tallahassee. NOT THE WAY TO START OUR TRIP. By the way, my wife is a MyPanera member.
