Reviews
This location is in a strip shopping center and the center needs to address the growing number of pot holes.
There is ADA parking and it’s next to a Starbucks shop.
They have updated the order process and you can either use a touchscreen or stand in line.
I chose the touchscreen and both of the units are loose so one has to be careful in your selection.
After paying you then get to stand in the same line as others to place your order just to get your beverage cup? Why?
Coffee dispensers were found to be empty along with the cream and half and half.
I took the empty containers to the counter and got a look from the employee at the restaurant. Like I was doing something wrong.
Chose the light roast and found a table.
In that short time span the cord was luke warm at best.
Name called and picked up the balance of my order.
It too was almost cold.
Too bad this company was bought out and since has gone down hill in my opinion.
No points were deducted for the exterior of the building.
When I went to the drink station, I saw the self-serve area but there were no cups available. I returned to ask him for a cup, and he rolled his eyes, sighed, and said “oh my God” before handing one to me.
Another customer nearby witnessed the interaction as well—we even made eye contact and he said “wow” in disbelief at the attitude.
I always try to be kind and understanding when interacting with service workers, but this type of response was disappointing and unnecessary.
I came in to order food for my daughter and myself. My order included a Greek salad with soup, and I paid extra for olives on the salad. I also ordered mac and cheese for my daughter. When I received my food, there were no olives on my salad at all. When I politely asked about it, the employee I spoke with was very dismissive and stated that I would receive a refund for the salad.
After receiving the refund, I walked to my car. Once I checked the bag, I discovered that the lid on the broccoli soup was not secured properly. The soup spilled through the bag and into my car, causing a mess and damage. I immediately went back inside to notify the staff and returned the bag. While one employee was kind and helpful, others rolled their eyes and had an attitude toward me, which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, the smoothie I ordered was also unpleasant and tasted awful. Overall, between the incorrect order, poor customer service, food safety issue, and the staff’s attitude, this experience was extremely disappointing and not what I expect from Panera.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as situations like this affect customer trust and satisfaction. I would appreciate someone reaching out to address this issue.
