I’m just going to leave this picture here. I ordered a yogurt parfait and they basically put an empty cup in my order instead. Seems like their quality control is very poorly managed, so definitely check your order before picking up. I laughed for a minute when I saw this.

Pretty standard Panama Bread fare. Food is pretty consistent, but portions are a little small. This is a nice store and setting. Outdoor seating is great for mild weather. Fortunately they have someone to take your order at the counter. I dislike the cumbersome and slow navigation of the order kiosks.

Everyone is battling something. How we start our day is often the most influential factor of how the rest of our day will go. When I walked into Pandora, I was not greeted. I had to be the one to break the awkward silence by saying good morning. And the response I received was, we open in one minute. After receiving my order, I noticed my latte was not filled to the top as usual. I also received no utensils or condiments, when I usually do. I was afraid to approach the server because it already felt like I wasn’t wanted there or that I was asking for too much. I had to ask for a knife, butter, and a full cup of coffee. It was an uncomfortable experience and even though I wasn’t rude, I have wonder if my food is safe to eat. Worst feeling.

Not clean. Bathroom is dirty, floors are sticky, and on top of those a few years ago this place also gave me food poisoning. But the woman packing up the food at the end is weighing everything on a scale. Priorities? I didn’t even have to Google it to know that Panera was private equity owned because just five minutes in the restaurant screams that loud and clear

The manager Ms Ke is by far one of the nicest, friendliest, genuinely kind and happy person. She is such a bright star to enjoy your delicious meal, coffee, or conversation with. My kids adored her. She really is the best and this store is lucky to have her.

Today was a long day and we were starving. We also wanted something that wasn’t fast food burgers. So Panera sounded like a good idea. Fresh salads and soups sounded great. I had the Sesame Asian chicken salad and Tika Masala soup. They don’t really for together but with the pick 2 option I was able to choose what I wanted. My salad was very fresh. No brown lettuce, yay!!! It was very fresh with tortilla crisps and almond slivers. It was great. The soup was good. Not my favorite but worth giving it a try. My daughter ate the buffalo chicken baguette. It was a lot more bread than chicken which was a little disappointing but it made up for the lack of meat with flavor. The 3rd meal was a French onion soup which is my moms favorite. It’s. Very good with lots of onions and flavor. She also got the Fuji Apple chicken salad which has dried apple crisps and chicken. It’s a very fresh and light salad. If you want something fresh and different this is a great place to stop. It’s clean and the staff was friendly. They also have order tablets on the side so you don’t even have to talk to anyone to order. Top it off with a cookie. It’s worth it.

After watching 3 different people walking around doing inventory, we finally got our order done on the kiosk. Ordered a Tuna sandwich and the tuna was runny. The pickle was flat and the size of a baby’s pinky. Would’ve been better to lie and say they were out.

I’ve been dining at this location for several years now. The service and food are usually very good. When I visited on Monday, the cashier made it painfully obvious that she did not want to be there. There was no greeting, just an inquiry of, “yeah?” Her attitude, body language, facial expressions, and rude/curt tone were all red flags that this was not to be positive customer experience at Panera. I spoke to Emma, the store manager. She acknowledged the poor service, apologized for the mistreatment, and made a goodfaith effort to rectify the situation. I appreciate the manager’s response. I hope this cashier receives some much-needed coaching in professionalism and customer service.
