The food at this Panera location is almost always really good. Fresh bagels, bread and baked goods are all very good. The Take chicken and Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwiches are great for lunch. Service is always friendly. Steve is a great employee! Turnover seems to be pretty high as there are always brand new employees.

Customer service has been top-notch the last three visits! Twice through drive-through, and once dine in. Our meals have been made very well. Fresh ingredients. The staff has been very accommodating to allergies and are very knowledgeable on ingredients! We were starting to give up on the Panera franchise having had bad service at several surrounding locations, and orders not been great, but I am so happy this location is doing an amazing job!!

Food was great! The girl behind the counter was kind and patient. I hadn’t been in a long time and she explained the menu. The pick two was a winner. Expect to spend some money it is Panera. $33 for two people. I overall it was a good experience though!

This is the third time this location has put rotten avocado on my sandwich. My order total was $55.00…. $55.00 for rotten food. Rotten food goes WAY beyond a simple quality control problem. There is absolutely no excuse for serving rotten food. The first two times I received a sandwich containing rotten avocado were soon after they opened this location, so I attributed it to new location hiccups. The location has been open for a long time now, but they are still serving obviously rotten food. If they cant tell the difference between bright green, and mushy dark brown avocado, I don’t have confidence in their ability to identify any other kind of spoiled food.

Spacious when it’s not overly crowded, with some good music, and good seating. We thought we were going to have to wait 5 minutes for green tea, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes for it. The pick 2 choices of food was good.

Food was great as always. I realize they were busy, but you need to have the staff necessary to keep up with the demand. Had to wait a while to get my food. First time this happened so willing to chalk it up to not being able to find enough people to work. Those that were there were doing their best to make sure everyone had what they needed. So kudos to them, very good workers indeed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family meal. Cheryl is such an amazing manager and truly aims to please her customers. The kids loved the Mac n cheese and chocolate chip cookies. And the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich is to die for! Thanks to Cheryl and her amazing team, we had a great family dinner.
