To begin with, I saw my soup was an odd color. I have been to Panera numerous of times but never once has it looked like this. The soup is a dark yellow color, not slightly transparent at all like in the past. I picked up my spoon only to find the smallest scraps of chicken with barely any noodles at the bottom. It tasted funky and left a strange aftertaste. I also ordered a half chipotle avocado chicken. I noticed that one side looked empty, so I picked up the top piece of bread. Not to my surprise, half of the sandwich had no chicken on it while the other half have a slight layer. As I begin finishing the sandwich. I noticed something dark in it. There was a slightly bigger than quarter size avocado peel in the sandwich. I will not come back here.

Lunch time and you have one person on the at the front taking (slowly) orders! Line was backed up to the door. If my wife didn’t want it I’d never even come here! Food and service is definitely not worth the prices. The salad my wife ordered had warm brown lettuce.

We never miss a chance to get some Panera! Delicious everytime! I love the Mexican corn chowder in summer and the autumn squash soup in the fall. The new take sandwiches are pretty good, but not as good as the new Asian salads.

I LOVE Panera Bread’s creamy tomato soup! It most definitely IS super creamy and also filled with actual chunks of savory tomatoes, which make it most satisfying. I order it, along with a tuna salad sandwich, quite regularly. Both are truly delicious! Also, on several occasions, I’ve ordered their lemon drop cookies, and I must say, they are absolutely mouth-watering!!

Most of my experiences at Panera have been good. Good food and service. This time very disappointing, paid an extra dollar to add avocado on the sandwich and it is disappointing what I got. Two tiny slices!!!!! The egg on the sandwich looked like half an egg. Normally I wouldn’t have complained, but this time quality was mediocre.
