The Harvest Meledy salad bowl was only half full for the price of full bowl. Same with You pick 2 deal. It was half sandwich. In the name if Fresh the prices have increased, the portion are halfed. Spent $25 and insufficient even for 1 person. Complete waste of Money. Not sure if this Panera or overall all Paneras are like this. Won’t recommend, especially for vegetarian menu.

This is your typical Panera. Good food as always. This location has a Drive thru, which is awesome. I still went inside though. It has the bakery section too. Otherwise a normal Panera with a nice layout. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Wait time was normal and the facility was clean. Over all 5 stars!

Panera is usually very great in every aspect… except for this location. Customer service was bad. Bathrooms dirty smelled like pee. I ordered a CHIPOTLE egg and AVACADO sandwich guess what? No Chipotle, no avacado. I went back and told them if I could get the Chipotle and avacado because it was not there. She made saw me and ignored me while she was talking to someone on the phone. She had her gloves on, she was touching food and holding her phone God knows where it has been right next to the food. I asked a second time and she didn’t even apologize she just gave it to me. I said thank you and she didn’t even bothered to say You welcome.
I eat panera at least twice a week but trust me I will not come back to this location. Fayetteville , Newnan and Marietta are wonderful.

I’m really happy I came to this location! It was clean inside. The kitchen team was busy however my food came out hot and in a timely manner. Also Miracle was so sweet and pleasant. Thank you Miracle <3

The staff seem miserable. They never smile, they’re rude when they take your order and have no pleasantries about them at all.
Perhaps new management would help or being a bit more selective with customer facing employees.

I like the toasted sandwiches and my wife likes the soups. We take advantage of their pick two deals. Not much else on the menu appealed to me until they created the Unlimited Sip Club! I enjoy being able to drop by and get a Charged Lemonade whenever I pass by. Now I seek Panera out when I travel for business even if I don’t have time to get a meal. If you join their loyalty club, you get discounts and special offers frequently. I highly recommend this location!

The food and teas are delicious. They have vegetarian options as well! We got the Mediterranean warm bowl, tomato soup, and Ceasars salad. So delicious. The dining room was dirty though so it could have used some attention. The cushions that you sit on are super worn-out. They need to be replaced. The customer service was good.

Slow and dirty and not in a good way. My sandwich looks like a three year old made it. I may understand if they were busy but they were almost empty. Outback gets steak prepared faster than this place makes a bad sandwich.

I’ve been here a couple of times. The workers have to deal with so many rude people. I’ve watched customers scream at them about their order not being right, even when they try to fix it people still scream at them. The food is alright but not for the price. The bathrooms are the only things that have been an issue because of the pipes, i’m assuming. All the workers are friendly. I’ve also watched a lady give an attitude to a young man/and/woman and they kept their attitudes straight. They deserve to be payed more for how people treat them here. I believe the wait in drive thru wouldn’t be that long if more people used pick up.
