I have always loved Panera for their soups, however today I stopped by for a drink and ended up trying their new Italian steak and mozzarella. It was entirely too salty, and greasy. Service was fast, ambiance cordial.
I sat outside as the weather is great right now.
The drink fountain selection was a little weird for me, I chose the standard Pepsi and the spout broke, so I resorted to Dr pepper.
Not bad, but I felt the interior could use more lighting

Came in the drive thru and was given the wrong order the bad stated the sandwich was correct but couldn’t open until i arrived back at work. I called to explain that im allergic to an ingredient on the sandwich and the customer service i received from said manager was unacceptable! She was rude and not helpful and someone like that should not be left in charge to run this location. I was very polite and she didn’t apologize not once for their mistake! I hope the proper action will be taken for this said manager!

The food was fresh and delicious. The cashier and the workers were very nice to make and complimented me. I ordered my food sat down and it was ready in 5 minutes which is really surprising. That Asiago sandwich is the BOMB go get it

Panera has been going down hill for a while. Was in the area decided to grab lunch and what I got was a snack. The portions are super small and not worth what they’re charging. Unfortunately, I won’t be back. People work hard for their money and these restaurants are not helping by cutting back on portions and ingredients. So sad

I ate at this Panera and was not impressed. You can see that this $10 sandwich is skimpy at best. It also has onions on it. It was listed on the board as the smokehouse barbecue sandwich. But there were no ingredients listed before I ordered this. I ordered the croak Monsour and told the cashier that I didn’t want onions. She said the onions are in the sauce. So I said OK never mind I’ll order the smokehouse barbecue sandwich. It also comes with onions as you can see in the picture. She didn’t mention that at all, even though we had just had this union discussion. So I was surprised when I got my sandwich and it was Cincy as far as the chicken and had onions on it.While I was ordering in full view, I could see the lady making sandwiches. They had bread just kind of laying on top of bag loafs of bread not in a bag at all the bread slicer was old and dirty. I just was not impressed with this particular Panera.

I’ve never tried Panera but for my first time it was pretty decent. I got a chicken ranch salad and a chocolate croissant. They were both pretty decent I’ve tried better salads. Staff was very friendly and the place looked clean and cozy. Would try again maybe.

I stopped here recently on my way to work one morning to get bagels for the office. I went through the drive thru, and was on my way with a (bakers) dozen bagels and cream cheese in less than 5mins. The employee that helped me also recommended the best day to come back for the weekly special on Tuesdays.

What in the literal hell is going on in this store? Saturday morning… 9:30am not busy AT ALL… literally took half an hour to get 3 breakfast sandwiches… and AFTER waiting 30 minutes, they say they are out of sausage AND plain cream cheese…. I mean seriously?! A Panera out of PLAIN CREAM CHEESE AND SAUSAGE?! And it took HALF AN HOUR for you to tell us that?! Cmon man… wont be back.

The first time I came, the coffee tasted very weak—as if it had been brewed twice—and it had a moldy taste, which was different from other Panera locations.
When I visited again, I ordered coffee, but it was still very weak and had a moldy taste. I even tried all the different coffees, and they all tasted moldy. So I tried the water as well, and the moldy taste was even stronger in the water.
What could be the problem?

At drive thru, I watched sandwiches being made at 745am and maybe cashier strolling back and forth doing other things instead of taking my money and completing my simple order of coffee and a bagel. I finally had to leave without my order, had to get to work. Entirely too slow today.
