Panera is usually my baseline for an average chain food fast casual restaurant. This location in John’s Creek is fine. Sometimes there’s no ice or they’re slow to refill the drink fountain, but the staff was nice. The bathrooms are average. There’s usually booths with outlets you can snag if it’s not busy.

All types of coffee were empty, and when available the dark roasted was weak like it had been watered down. The chicken noodle soup tasted bad, and the bacon on the sandwich was old and hard. The chocolate croissant was very good.

This was my first order for simple beverage to pick up as rapid puckup but they prove it how dificult was that to be managed. For this location online drink can be picked up directly or they will place it in rapid area what online confirmation email said but whatever I order that was not there and I waited almost over 5mins and then ask someone abt that.First person said it will be refilled and then second woman came and said that was summer soecial and not available anymore. Strange!! Panera, your online order does not sync up with store availability and store doesn’t care.

I’ve gotten food very many times from here and (I am not exaggerating at all, in the slightest, whatsoever when I say this), they have never gotten my order right. They also aren’t very helpful. I ordered a pizza and they used freaking buffalo sauce instead of the marinara!!! I’ve received half full drinks and usually a completely incorrect item. Not like “oh, wrong flavor lemonade” but I got a strawberry banana smoothie instead of an iced coffee…??? When the food is done right, its good like every other Panera, but I 100% recommend going to a different location. The Johns Creek location is consistently bad unfortunately. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this Panera really is just *that* bad.

One of my favorite local places to eat for a quick bite. Panera Bread is upscale fast food with healthy options . I Love the Bread Bowls, Soups and Salads. The Broccoli Cheese soup is so yummy and pairs well with the Asian Salad .

I came here after having an unpleasant experience at the Windward location in Alpharetta, and with about 5 team members, not one came up to take my order after waiting for 5 min. I realize that it was still 30min to closing time, however the service was not any better than Windward’s. This was really upsetting.

Jan. 2022. NONE of the employees wore a mask. At 10:30 am the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned in days. Takeout order was ready very quickly and well prepared.

Greeting from 20 y/o employee was lethargic at best. she was clad in a puma zipper front jacket that appeared not been washed in a long time as it was spotted with food stains and what i presume was flour ? She had zero care in her appearance or attitude. Although delicious, the souffle sadly was luke warm. The coffee bar was littered with empty milk cravats, lids and extraneous items. This was 9am so not out of the breakfast hours. The egg on the sandwich was not cooked as requested. Overall the restaurant has a neglected appearance with water on the floor and dirty tables. The only other people in the restaurant were a job interview and two people working on their laptops. Noone in line and overall not busy, just neglected.
