Disappointed with this Panera location. Dining area was dirty, trash/dish areas overflowing, out of stock drinks/takeaway containers. Also, the pickup station was very unorganized. They were not calling out names consistently (why ask for a name then?) and the buzzers were not chiming when food was ready (why hand them out?). No telling how long our food was sitting in the window. Employees were very disgruntled and aggravated. Food was not well prepared and overpriced. Missing ingredients on both plates. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Found a bug in my mac and cheese. Tried calling for days but no one answered the phone. I disputed it on my credit card but the refused to refund. I do not recommend eating at this location.

The service was good. We got our food in a reasonable time and it was fresh and tasty. The bread bowl was a little tough to chew but tasted great! The tables were pretty dirty so that factor determined where we sat (the cleanest table), but it was good and we will definitely go back.

Ordered two chicken salad sandwiches at the Panera at the Avenues, West Cobb. What a disappointment! This isn’t the first time they have skimped. Not sure who is responsible, but they need to be reminded that the chicken salad is the main ingredient, and should NOT not be least in ingredients in the sandwich.

I came for breakfast on a Saturday morning and while it was busy, there were tables available and I didn’t have to wait too long for my food. I paid about $12 for a large cappuccino and bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The egg was scrambled and skillfully cooked, two slices of thin bacon, and a good sized slice of white cheddar completed the sandwich. I liked it. I liked the cappuccino. Nice overall.

This location has unacceptable behavior. Ordered $400 worth of food/drinks and several items were left out. Tried calling the location to discuss and when the phone picked up, someone stated, “No, don’t answer,” and then my office was hung up on. We tried calling back for hours afterwards with no answer… Very poor customer service or accountability. Would not recommend.

Went to this place on a Sunday evening to find their dining room closed, them only doing to go orders, and closing early due to “staffing issues”. Strange as other businesses in the area weren’t struggling to offer full hours and service. The staffing issues tell me all I need to know about this place, avoid at all costs.

Nice location, great food as always, but check your pickup order. Ours was ready with text confirming it 10 mins before pickup, and when I got there it was sealed and looked perfect, but it was just a piece of bread inside and no soup! I paid $8 for a piece of bread bc we didn’t open it up until later. This isn’t the first time they skipped something off the to-go order claiming it was all the way ready. I hate to look non-trusting by ripping into the bag at the counter, but you kind of have to here. Frustrating.
