People can be so picky. This Panera is just fine. They always treat me well, the food is good and it’s always clean. I’m sure they’re not perfect but my experience has always been pleasant.

The young girl at that counter was miserable & obviously didn’t want to be there. The bagel was good; Cinnamon Crunch is my favorite. One toilet was clogged & the sign said the bathroom is cleaned every 30 minutes. An employee was in the ladies’ room & was aware of the situation.

Ordered a warm bowl with specifications oh no yogurt dressing and no cheese due to a DAIRY ALLERGY……. I picked the bowl up and when I got home there yogurt dressing all over it! To make it worse… panera was closed when I called. I paid all this money for something I can’t eat. Thank you panera. You owe me my money back! A huge disappointment.

Great options, First time ever at a Panera Bread, We definitely will return. Disappointed that they were sold out of the Baguette sandwich for my meal… that’s what we came for. Smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich was a fantastic option along with the French onion soup.

Staff is cordial. Coffee is ALWAYS not hot. Have to warm it up in the microwave. That is due to not many coffee drinkers in the afternoon I was told. Portions are smaller than Snellville store so I don’t eat my favorite Panera dishes any more.

I’ve been a Panera bread fan for over 15 plus years. I ❤️ love the White Mish Bread and pecan braids are my favorite pastry. It’s baked fresh daily. Very good Soups and Salads are on the menu. Fantastic sandwiches as well. Every baked goods is baked fresh each day by a professional baker but They can improve the bags they put you items in. BEWARE of the large bag (grocery store style) paperbag can not hold a single Bagel without tearing open. That is one bad thing about Panera bread. That bag will tear and you food will be on the ground. Buyer BEWARE. With this Particular bag.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The amount of professionalism is limited. I have been calling for two hours regarding an order that I received that was missing items. When I would call they would hang up for two hours and when I finally get through on the line they still could not help me. At this point I realize that this location is a whole JOKE.

Very disappointed! They really need to start wearing hair nets or making sure long hair is put up. I opened my soup to find a long hair hanging from the outside to the inside bowl. Disgusting, please watch what you serve customers.

There was a long, brown, semi curly hair on my bacon chipotle chicken flatbread. I’m so grossed out. Just before posting this review, I saw that another customer complained about finding hair in their soup. I tried calling the restaurant and requesting a refund as I am too far away to return in person. I let the phone ring at least 20 times and no one picked up. The employees should be required to wear hair nets and someone should be available at all times to handle customer disputes. Needless to say, I will not buy food from any Panera location ever again. That’s how grossed out I am.
