Ordered some bagels to pick up for breakfast. Some were burnt and some were undercooked and missing ingredients. On top of that they email me to say the order is ready for pickup, but I still have to wait 15 minutes for them to slice and put 6 bagels in a bag

Found a black strand of hair in my food when I called a woman answered and told me that I have to bring the bowl back in order to get a refund or they can give me a remake. I was at work so I had to wait to get off. When I arrived the manager on duty wasnt aware of my situation so maybe the woman earlier just assumed that I was lying for a free meal. Staff was apologetic and put a rush on my remake. My only complaint is the hair and the earlier woman.

Parking lot has debris everywhere, bathrooms are dirty with trash (bottle caps, wrappers, toilet paper etc.) on floor. Left over Food trays just laying around. Crumbs all over tables, booths and floor. People sleeping while charging phones.
Not a single employee walked by to sweep, wipe a table or ask the gentleman if he was OK.

Usually clean. Salad was good. Grape tomatoes in salad were a bit over ripe.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Loganville location of Panera Bread. After reading many customer complaints, I unfortunately experienced the same issues myself.
The staff was disrespectful and highly unprofessional. My order was incorrect, and when I politely approached the counter to have it corrected, four employees began speaking over me at the same time. Instead of resolving the issue, they were dismissive, rude, and refused to fix the mistake. They even attempted to deny a refund for an order that was clearly wrong.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location due to the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I experienced.

My family and I have been a faithful supporter since this franchise opened. I noticed a few weeks ago this guy always comes in leaving his trash from other facilities all over the table. Panera has a very sweet employee named Trinity, she’s always smiling receiving compliments from everyone. That rude messy guy cursed this child and her manager out when she showed him where the trash cans were. I was so upset as my heart broke for Trinity. The manager actually gave her permission to assist this rude guy! I just found out this sweet young girl no longer works there, however that same manager does! I’m extremely disappointed Panera manager throw this child to a wolf and she’s no longer there do to this idiot! Panera you have lost my family & coworkers business! You’re supposed to protect your employees from all discrimination and disrespect from evil customers not fire her & keep the manager that’s completely unethical. I witnessed the entire ordeal. You lost a sweet girl over an idiot… wow very disturbing Panera!!

I ordered through Panera’s app and my delivery was supposed to arrive at 11:35am. I received a text from their third party delivery (Door Dash) saying that the restaurant said that someone else had picked up my food. I called Panera and spoke to the manager Hannah who assured me that she would put the order in again (at noon). 1pm, still no food. Hannah claims that Door Dash said I cancelled the order. I explained that couldn’t be the case bc I ordered through the Panera app and not DD. I said that at this point I was going to cobble something together for lunch and that I wanted a refund. I was told that if the charge does appear on my credit card that they may not be able to refund! What in the world?!?! This location is going to have a lot of problems if they can’t get this straightened out.

I’ve been eating breakfast at the loganville location for years. And there’s always something that goes wrong mostly the order. And when you question why this happens so much management give a poor excuse. Such as there always suppose to check off what type of food you ordered or if you’re not someone who’s not aware that they will lose their credit if not used. All these types of concerns I have, the manager’s response is, “There’s no need to let the customer know.” That’s why a lot of times I’ll drive to stonecrest Panera in Lithonia. PS they had to throw out the sandwiches I had to return so I can get the right sandwiches. In this damn time. What awaits when people are hungry.

Some of the greens in the salad were browned and not crispy. The chicken soup was watery. The side bread roll was just thrown in the bag loose, not in a wrapper.
