I received only part of my order. I called to report it but they were already aware. I was told the dasher didn’t pickup everything as if it relieves them of their responsibility of ensuring received what i paid for. I was told they will send it by another dasher. I waited and waited. Nothing. I called back and was told my order had just left and i should receive it within 10minutes. They lied. It’s been over 2 hours and I’m less than 5 minutes away..

I came here for breakfast at 6:30 today on July 8th they were a mess they messed on my order twice and then they overcharged me and then they gave me sprouted bagel instead of an asiago bagel and even with that they didn’t have avocados nor tomatoes do you store they don’t know how to do business they have screwed us over before as well. The morning shift manager was, Keeshon I was very unsatisfied with my service, and I don’t plan, giving them business in the future. Worst customer service I have ever had from a Panera bread.

Considering the check total ($50 for 4 people), I was pretty unimpressed. It is, after all, a sandwich shop. The menu and current gimmick (“pick 2”) was nothing short of confusingly frustrating. Half of a sandwich costs you $9 (and part of the pick 2), but for $1.50 more you could get a whole sandwich. One person ordered the half tuna salad sandwich, but the sandwich was an entire sandwich. Another person ordered a whole spicy chicken sandwich and got less in quantity than the half order.

The food was delicious. The service was terrible. I ordered in the app around 10am Saturday. My app said my food was ready. I go inside and it’s not ready. No employees want to make eye contact with you to assist. I wait at the register. A couple employees pass by doing other things. Where is the assistance? Where is the good morning how can we help you? I tipped in the app for no reason. When my food was ready they were missing my half gallon drink. Luckily I checked my receipt before I left. There’s nothing like getting home to find out something is missing from your order. Panera needs to do better. Management needs to be onsite overseeing the service.

Service at this location is horrible! Everytime I give then a chance it’s an issue….a pick 2 half sandwich and soup should not run me $15! And the cashier ran my card anyways when I asked for breakdown of cost…she charged me for a whole sandwich …then gave me a sorry and closed the drive thru window in my face…like I’m done
