Sandwich the the tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh. Lettuce was wilted and slimy. Tomatoes were soggy and mealy. Chicken salad wasn’t even on the bread. It was fallen out. Not from an abundance. It was put on the bread without a care. I won’t be ordering again.

I came here and brought a bowl of chicken noodle soup and when it came out it was halffull like a cup of soup. The women back was telling me that’s was how much you get but I just came last week and got a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and the bowl was full what was the difference from last and to this week you lost a loyal customer I will not come back to this location

Sad to say I have experienced poor customer service on mutiple occasions.
Slow service and lack of attention to customers seems to be norm. I have been in this store multiple times and have been ignored while I watch employees stand in circles talking to each other. Then I get texts saying my order is ready, which is false. Employees need training on helping customers. From reading reviews online, this seems to be a company wide problem.

Staff was patient and nice, especially when the items I was asking for they did not have and I had to make alternate decisions. No baguettes, yet it is a side choice for salads and soups. Their chips are not good, which is not a location issue. I didn’t want an apple with hot soup.

This location is just ok. I ordered 2 bacon spinach souffles, they had one and replaced the other with the Four Cheese. The Bacon Spinach one had bacon bits. Instead of bacon strips like other locations. And it was a little well done that made it a little dry.

It’s so healthy and unhealthy at the same time. If you’re trying to watch your carb intake, don’t come here. If you love bread like I do, absolutely come here. The staff is calm and considerate, and the food comes out quickly for what it is. I ordered the broccoli cheddar bread bowl and I couldn’t get enough of it. The restaurant is quiet and no one talks too loud. The food is actually pretty healthy, and if you’re body isn’t used to it then be prepared. The prices are a bit high, but everything tastes fresh, and it’s very delicious.

Foot long was very dry. 6 little thin pieces of chicken with one small spoon of something. That is all enclosed in the bread. Didn’t taste anything but the bun. Very disappointed. Not planning on coming back.
