This location is one of my favorites. I can spend hours in here working & eating. Yesterday there was a mix up with my order & the customer service I received in fixing it was top notch. What the hell is this inside of my tomato soup? This is effing disgusting. This location is the worst! Explain this? Were you preparing my soup with dirty dishes or something? Great pastries. Very fresh!!! Unbelievable taste!! The croissants are like no other!! You can taste the butter and they’re flaky. The bear claw is great too. The cinnamon taste and glaze frosting are a great combination. They have military discount too.

This location has horrible customer service and the food is sub par. I was waiting for my pick up order as it was not in the pick up area. Not one person behind the prep area asked how they could assist. I finally stated that my order was ready 10 minutes ago according to the app. They directed me to get in line, because they don’t use the pick up area. My order was ready and sitting behind the register. The lady at the register was the only nice one. The prep staff acted like you were bothering them. Food was sub par, salad was missing toppings. Worst experience I have had at Panera. Please choose a different location. Additionally, they are out of stock on common items.

This is one of my favorite spots EVER! I’ve been coming here for years and the vibe remains the same. Very warm and welcoming! I decided on the margarita flatbread today. Thought I’d change it up. I’m so glad that I did! This was quite possible the best flatbread I’ve ever had! Mostly because of the bell pepper tomato sauce. I didn’t even know that was a thing!
