Honestly the slowest staff I’ve ever seen in my life. You would think the elderly work here. My order looked like it was microwaved and sat up there. My soup was cold and sandwiches weren’t toasted and I ordered a grilled cheese. When they reheated the sandwiches they were burned. He had to make my order all over again. They had no milk out for coffee. The ordering process took forever and I had to inform her of my coupons until she found it. It’s freezing in there. Thank goodness for the fireplace. Overall I won’t come back to this location. I would much rather drive out of my way. The entire staff needs to be retrained on customer service and speed.

Being a uber here is like being an adopted talented member of a family band! You are overseen, not assisted, treated as if you are glass…actually glass has more of a presence when you walk into it does shatter! They are talkative bunch who ignore and all see to have attitudes and slow paced working ethics. I stood and looked at the Uber Eats order I was assigned to pick up for 16 minutes as they idly chatted and kept ignoring me attempts for service and even having one of the employees walk to the counter in front of me look at the screen on the register and me back at the screen and in my attempt to talk to her she waddled away and stood by the bakery unfazed unamused unethically rude and isolated. When I did eventually get my order they did not hand it to me but rather sat it on the counter turned away and resumed conversation! Horrible atmosphere and horrible enployeees!

I really try to patronize my favorite places. It seems every time I come here it’s a problem. This visit the manager talking to an employee as if I wasn’t standing there waiting to order…. Then insult to injury I go to get my drink and it’s sticky as hell no napkins. Drink area looks a mess. Instead of all the talking get a mop and a rang and clean this place up! This is the closest location to me so I have to settle. If not I would definitely pick another location to visit! This is just my experience and my expectations. Others may have a different/better visit!

I placed an order at 12:40pm Friday Feb 6, 2026. Turner Hill store. The charge was $34. They took my order and left it at the wrong place. I asked for a re- do, Instead of a refund. It was my job, my lunch. Called 3 hours in advance now!! Manager said “I’ll re-do it”
Well I didn’t get the specifics, I didn’t get my soup and it didn’t get to me until 4:25. Mind you I am off at 5. Poor sloppy service!! What happened? Was never like this before. I really want a refund for how sloppily they handled me. -$$$ my money back. Pissed!!!

I ordered a cup of autumn squash soup and half of a grilled cheese sandwich DoorDash. What I received was totally different than what I expected! I got a half cup of the soup, the sandwich looked nothing like what was pictured on the menu. I have ordered the soup through take out and gotten more. (soup is delicious) I wouldn’t order through delivery again and, I didn’t like the sandwich.

This is about the 3rd complaint I have had in a month. I spoke 2 weeks ago to a guy name David who was supposed to help me to ensure this wouldn’t happen again but I am sincerely disappointed and this time I will add photos. The workers do not want to work there I have been telling this to management for a while that the team needs to be changed and I hate leaving bad reviews but it makes no sense why a wonderful corporation like Panera would have such a lackadaisical team that cares of nothing . My soup never arrived nor is there any condiments or meat on a TURKEY SANDWICH. Truly disappointed and I will never come back to this Panera they should actually close it it’s not like anyone wants to be there anyway

really amazing. i came there with 2 cats and everyone were adoring them without any complaints which i am so grateful for. the food was amazing. service got 4, because the woman was asking my parents ‘do they understand me?’ in a not very welcome tone, while they were thinking but overall everything was amazing.
