Poorly managed location (dirty tables & floors with staff standing around talking and using expletives that guests can hear). Portion sizes also quite small compared to the cost. $11.79 for a Baja bowl that barely covered the bottom of the bowl as compared to an extremely flavorful, filling and healthier alternative at a nearby Cava for $10.35. Called at 3pm and asked to place a cater order. Employee asked me to call back in 10 minutes, she was busy helping someone. I called back at 320 to give her time, no answer. I have called back 6 times since and nobody will answer the phone. Each time I wait 5 more minutes to allow time to for them to free up. I guess I should’ve realized it wouldn’t go well when she asked me to call back instead of calling me back or placing me on hold.

Customer service was very bad. The girl taking our order was very down beat and hard to hear. She held one hand in her apron the entire time she was taking our order and seemed like she hated everyone in the room. You could tell she was very unhappy.

A regular of the Panera chain, this location left a bit to be desired. At 8 am they were out of coffee and had no dark roast coffee. Had to tell the staff and then wait for them to build and brew light roast (all they had). A quick stop for a bagel and coffee turned into near 20 minute wait. Driving away with my bagel and coffee, I realized the strange flavor of my bagel was soured (bad) cream cheese. A very disappointing visit.
