Got half a grilled cheese and it was barely cooked, the bread was still soft and it had one small slice of American cheese in the middle. Absolutely inedible! Total waste of money!

I always get lunch here because I work in one of the shops, and today I had the most delicious sandwich ever. It was the toasted garden caprese sandwich. It had lots of dressing and sauces and what not, and nothing was lacking. It was literally the best sandwich I ever had. Please don’t take that sandwich off your menu. It is my favorite sandwich and it is just the best after a long shift. These people know what they’re doing. Thank you.

Poorly managed location (dirty tables & floors with staff standing around talking and using expletives that guests can hear). Portion sizes also quite small compared to the cost. $11.79 for a Baja bowl that barely covered the bottom of the bowl as compared to an extremely flavorful, filling and healthier alternative at a nearby Cava for $10.35. Guess where I’ll be going from now on?

Came in for breakfast at 10. Bathroom was out of toilet paper (they open at 8). Got our order wrong (cashier entered the wrong item) and then the ‘steak’ sandwich had about 2 pieces of steak….not an overall great impression. Added a star due to the willingness to at least get the one item correct when we said the order wasn’t right. Maybe they were having an off day, but probably wouldn’t be willing to chance it again.

This is unfortunately, the worst Panera I’ve been to. The drive-through employee acted as if I was inconveniencing him by taking my order. He continued to have a bad attitude while reluctantly answering my questions about seasonal specials.
Proceeding to the window, where the wait was over 20 minutes to get my food. Then they forgot my drink, so I mentioned I hadn’t revived my drink yet and he actually rolled his eyes at me and went to get it without a word.
Very disappointed with my experience at this location. For $40 worth of soup, sandwiches and poor service, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Was just in for a breakfast sandwich. Waited over 30 minutes. When checked on the order they hadn’t even begun to cook the eggs. How long does it take to make a breakfast sandwich? The staff
were just standing around. Wouldn’t have even waited that long but was extremely hungry. Asked to speak with the manager and demanded a refund. Finally left in frustration. There were other customers who were also frustrated by the long wait. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. What a disappointment!! Won’t be patronizing Panera soon again.
