Awesome dining experience. Ordered ahead using the Panera app. Food was hot and ready at the pickup station in a timely manner. The Cesar salad and broccoli and cheese soup were both good. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. Inside you can order using the kiosk or at the counter. Staff was very friendly and restaurant was clean.

Well, my guest and I were disappointed. Definitely not the Panera experience we are accustomed to. Let’s start with her order: turkey bacon bravo sandwich- was simply okay. She thinks perhaps it would have been better on a different bread choice. Her french onion soup was tasteless and literally “the worst I’ve ever tasted.” Did not come with a baguette . Couldn’t eat even half the soup. . I had the margarita flatbread pizza. It was simply okay. Definitely not enough basil or red sauce. Arrived to the window at slightly warmer than room temp, cheese didn’t string at all.

In the past this branch has always been good; but last night they were having a lot of issues. They’d run out of a lot of things, which is not – necessarily – their fault (unless the manager is just really bad at ordering supplies). After we’d ordered, we sat and waiting for our four-person meal… and only three came. Turns out they’d run out of the kind of bread one person had ordered, so THEY JUST DIDN’T MAKE THAT SANDWICH. When that was finally rectified, they had made the wrong sandwich, and two of the meals had large chunks of gristle in the meat.

I don’t understand how you can confuse chicken wild rice for onion soup. This has happened a couple times now. I’m guessing because like the food the service was horrible. I should have known the experience was going to be bad, when the cashier didn’t like her job. She was rude and seemed bothered we even walked in the door. She didn’t say anything to us except the total. She seemed upset about having to get our bagels, taking our order, everything. I guess I should have done her job for her. We got our food to go because we had to head back to work. We should have checked our food but didn’t. Thank God I am not allergic to onions, no I didn’t eat it, . We ate the bagels and threw soup out. I called to let them know and was told bring it back we will fix, how my lunch break is over, you will be closed when I get off

This is the worst Panera bread in Greenville county. I waited over 40 mins for an online order in the drive thru. And my order was still not correct after receiving it. The manager that came to the drive thru to hear my experience had no sympathy. And could care less what needed to be done to fix it. Then one of the other employees came and slammed the drive thru window in my face after the manager left.

Ordered Togo online, entree salad was small for the $$ but was fresh & tasty. Also the dressing is served in 1oz portion cups and are not filled half full & I’m a big fan of the Greek dressing/salad.

Food is pretty good but service not so much. The woman who takes the orders most of the time repeats them back wrong every time. Double check your orders and your food and some of the food is pretty good.

Second update – Updating my review and it’s only gotten worse. The management at this location has clearly given up. Exposed bread and plenty of flies. The employees seem unmotivated/ burned out. The fountain area is consistently dirty, not stocked, and the eating areas are dirty. I realize staffing is a huge issue right now but that’s no excuse for the obvious low hanging fruit of addressing the flies!
