This is my second time eating here and unfortunately my last. Service is good but the portion size is so small for what you pay. Spent $35 dollars on 2 soups and 3 sandwiches that had hardly nothing in them. Also is it common for them to just throw your bread in the bag with everything else?

Lady at speaker called us big backs for having a “big” order, not very nice. Also half of the ingredients in our two sandwiches were missing. A bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with no bacon or cheese? Not a sausage in sight for the other sandwhich. Bland with no sauce. The sandwich is supposed to have sauce.

I had an Uber order to pick up and they cancelled last minute. Very friendly staff and one sweet lady gave us 2 cookies to make the trip worth while! It was one of the best cookies I’ve ever had Thank you so much!

I’ve never had a bad Panera experience. UNTIL TODAY! They were out of all soups, except onion rings they were out of tomatoes. I wanted to order a chicken pesto sandwich (which doesn’t have tomatoes) and did not want the tomato dip. But the couldn’t give me the sandwich without the dip. Even though I’m ALLERGIC to tomatoes! On top of that the tables were dirty. I’m soo disappointed!

The manager was so sweet to us this evening and even though I know they had a rough day (their drive thru is broke and that’s rough for everyone) all the employees were friendly and nice. Thank you Miss Manager for the Hot Cocoa plushie! Made my baby’s night.

For a Panera, this is a good location! I came during lunch time and it was nice and quiet in the restaurant. Overall decently clean and the employees are nice and happy. Unfortunately Panera’s prices have risen way too much for what it is. The quality of the food hasn’t improved but the food has gotten worse. My broccoli cheddar soup did not taste right. It’s like the ingredients are worse and there’s less broccoli. Either that or it’s been watered down! For what I paid, i could go somewhere way better and gotten a large plate of food. Here, I got a tiny soup and tiny salad for nearly $20. Insane. I remember when Panera was about $12-$15 per person. Not coming back unfortunately but the employees were at least nice.

I am considering the tables as part of the atmosphere. When you wipe a table over and over with a dirty rag and little, it makes a buildup of gunk. Everything stuck to it. The mango shake was so sour I thought it was spoiled. Girl said it is suppose to be like that. I would have rather eaten in my car. Could not wait to leave.

Absolutely ridiculous the price vs what you get. My sandwich was basically bread. This was supposed to be the Chicken Green Goddess Caprese Melt – Stacked Toasted Baguette. Where’s the chicken? Every sandwich I’ve tried barely has any meat. I’m done with place and will actively spread the word about how awful the Greenwood SC location is.

Not so sure I’m a fan of the kiosk ordering system yet. A great Ceasar chicken salad…consistant with all the Panera stores where I’ve dined… great store, great location, easy to find.
