For a Panera, this is a good location! I came during lunch time and it was nice and quiet in the restaurant. Overall decently clean and the employees are nice and happy. Unfortunately Panera’s prices have risen way too much for what it is. The quality of the food hasn’t improved but the food has gotten worse. My broccoli cheddar soup did not taste right. It’s like the ingredients are worse and there’s less broccoli. Either that or it’s been watered down! For what I paid, i could go somewhere way better and gotten a large plate of food. Here, I got a tiny soup and tiny salad for nearly $20. Insane. I remember when Panera was about $12-$15 per person. Not coming back unfortunately but the employees were at least nice.

Always forgetting something. I get all the way home 25 min away before I realized part of my order is missing. Panera in general has become mediocre. Nothing new. Choices for their soups are very limited. Maybe 4-5 choices. Always sold out of half of the choices they do have. At this rate this place is becoming a joke. Pretty sure the French onion soup is suppose to come with croutons but I’ve never gotten them from this store. Almost forgot they were suppose to be included

Green goddess absolutely WORST SANDWICH EVER. Sloppy soggy way too much pepper 2 small slices mozz and maybe 1 1/2 slice tomatoes the unripe part. Highly disappointed worse the “famous chicken sandwich” white hamburger bun deep fried piece dry and rubbery chicken thought I’d give another chance so much for making up on my previous orders AND I had to spend an additional 15 bucks my broke knee better highlight than this “food”

Let’s just say Panera never disappoints! Friendly & helpful staff. Delicious food as well! I got the steak n cheddar sandwich & it had very thin slices of ginger on it that added extra pizazz to every bite. My daughter got the chick noodle soup in the bread bowl & ate every bite including some of the bread bowl. Will definitely go back!

Terrible! I’ve usually had decent service, although half of the times I’ve been to the Greenwood location my order was incorrect. This is the last visit I’m afraid. When you order 3 bagels toasted this is what you get – all 3 crammed into a small paper sack, unwrapped, smushed, and the containers of cream cheese crammed up against the uncovered bagels,handled by God knows who and who knows if they wash their hands or wear gloves.
