$10 for sandwich with next to no meat? I love panera and I don’t usually complain but this was ridiculous. Chicken Asiago bagel stack no meat, a dab of sauce and some arugula. It was a grub hub order so I guess it doesn’t matter as much as in store orders.

The staff was professional and friendly. Our food was hot and delicious and don’t forget to get a cookie. The sitting area was clean and all empty tables were cleared and wiped down. We enjoyed our meal and will be back.

I love Panera, don’t get me wrong. Susan is a positively lovely individual as is everyone that works there. Angelic people.
But the avocado toast was absolutely foul. Disgusting. There was only a small smear on the bread, but 90 percent of it was inedible rock-hard avocado pieces that made me gag. I had to pick out the hard pieces (not ripe yet???) one by one, and it left me with maybe 50 cents worth of avocado on the bread left, if even that. And what was left tasted like the inside of a refrigerator. I was so disappointed. And I’m still hungry. :/ Extremely unhappy.

This was my first experience at this location, and it will be my last. They served me an inedible, burnt grilled cheese. This should never have been given to a customer. Very disappointed.

This location is so dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned in an extremely long time. Although it wasn’t busy it was difficult to find a clean table.
Food was only fair. Looked like it was thrown together. Chicken avocado BLT had a small wedge of avocado and one 1/4 strip of bacon.
Such a disappointment, especially for the cost!! 2 people $45!!!

Compare the photos. I was sadly disappointed with the quality of the meal served. I spoke with an employee who said they were the manager. She said this is the meal you ordered. Un-appologetic. We were in the pickup area. She didn’t want to go see the posted menu board. Ingredient list on menu board does not state rice. Shows dusted with sesame seeds. What they served had cilantro, no sesame.

This place has went downhill. Food doesn’t taste the same. I had a clump of (brown)avocado on my sandwich , which they should’ve sliced, my Greek salad had brown lettuce and look as if it was just thrown together quickly.

This is one of my favorite spots for quick, relatively healthy food. I frequently order delivery, which means higher menu pricing, delivery fees and tips. The food is usually okay, but order inaccuracy is a persistent issue. To be fair, customer care sometimes credits a few bucks a day or so later for the mishaps if I complain through the app. However, I’d much prefer to enjoy my meal the way (and on the day) I ordered it.

Good food but expensive.
The sandwiches are always good but they tend to pile all the meat and toppings in the middle so it is very uneven. Also be careful when looking at the menu because their soup of the day doesn’t always match what they have it as on the menu. I do really like the creamy chicken and wild rice soup and I also like that you can get an apple instead of chips. They have good and interesting drink choices. The menu is hard to understand if you don’t go their regularly so I suggest maybe checking out their menu online first.

9 June 2025: An elderly gentleman, I ordered two sandwiches. The young clerk asked me if I wanted them sliced. I replied “yes.” This is what I received (see pictures – two halves). Different sizes.
Generational gap. Check your order.
