This is a nice quiet location! The layout is slightly different that other stores but it’s still cozy and comfortable.
The restrooms are clean and spacious. Service was slightly delayed, they didn’t have enough employees probably,
But food was still served within a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious.

Panera bread has always been delicious, Im not sure if they are reducing the quality and portions but They really only gave us a scoop of soup and a little bit of dressing, the soups dont taste the same anymore and for what they give you it is a little bit pricey. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the fireplace is a great touch. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly.

I was initially going to rate this location as 5-stars. The first of my visits was point on. Fresh lettuce leaves, no brown, off tasting greens, decent portion of chicken and enough dressing in the cups. Then in a later visit I found the plastic in my salad. Someone didn’t follow procedures. Guess they figured they are optional. Ingesting foreign materials like this are not good for the body or personal health.

I ordered a pretty large online order for pickup, and had pretty high hopes due to the cost. Food was fresh and prepared in a timely manner, but man was I disappointed to say the least about the taste of said food. Chili was the worst I believe I’ve ever ate, and sandwiches weren’t to far behind. Plenty of other high dollar restaurants in the area where one’s money would be better spent.

I was in the mood for one of their amazing bread soup bowls. I had the French onion. So Good . It was definitely fresh. Just the right amount of ingredients. Perfect for the weather we have been having.

Stopped in while traveling (Sunday am). Got a bagel. The service was great. The bagel is awesome!! So warm, not over toasted, and exactly as I ordered. Nice staff in the back too. Great job Panera!

Ran in here for a quick lunch date, employees were very nice and got our order quickly, I ordered the soup and half sandwich and it was sooo good, you can’t go wrong with a grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup on a chilly day! Lots of bakery options here and loved the “friends” vibe going on here in the open seating area with fireplace! Definitely stop by you won’t be disappointed

Delicious fresh salad!
Love my Panera on Pelham Road
This avocado chicken salad is fresh, healthy, and delicious
The bread is legendary of course
Menu has everything from soups salads and coffee with pastries
Staff was friendly
Price was a good value
Atmosphere was busy – good spot for a coffee meeting or a meal by yourself or with others. Lots of families and friends. It gets very full and loud during peak times but that’s half the fun of gathering in community, so go off hours for a quieter experience
Also right off to the side is a fireplace with seats for reading
Location is excellent right off 85 at Pelham Road in front of Lowe’s grocery store. Multiple access points either at the light or through the parking lot just stay safe.
Ample parking spots all around the building.

Mobile order for pick up a drive-thru person on the speaker tells me the drive-thru’s out of order and I I have to come through and pick it up. Meanwhile, there’s people on the line in front of me and I just talked to them over the speaker. Seems a little silly.

Don’t go to this location for curbside. You’ll save more time going through Drive Through. Three times now I’ve arrived after food “ready time” and all three times waited 10+ minutes- 2 times I actually went in to get food myself and it was sitting there both times. So food is completely cold by the time it arrives home. Tonight I commented the soup would surely be cold since it’s been sitting there 15 minutes now and worker just said “probably not.” No offer to replace the TEENY soup or apology. Also noticed this note on receipt when I got home and realized our bagel was missing. Even went INSIDE and they didn’t mention it. Plenty of workers inside, few customers at this time- so no pandemic “lack of workers” excuse. Either poor management or failing app check in system. Healthy ingredients keeps this in our dinner rotation (despite over priced SMALL soup) but this location is off our list for curbside.
