I placed a simple order at Panera—three soup bowls and one small chicken noodle soup—and paid $32. I understand prices are high everywhere these days, but what really disappointed me was the small chicken soup. It didn’t have a single piece of chicken in it… just broth and a few noodles. Very disappointing.
Unfortunately, this was both my debut and my farewell to Panera. I expect better quality for the price, and this experience fell far short.

This store is bright and cheerful. Friendly and fresh unlike the Haywood Rd store that needs a remodel badly. Our visit was lovely. We were greeted by Elizabeth, she made our day. This lovey lady made us feel welcome and really made our visit enjoyable. We will be back. Great job, beautiful store.

Stopped in here for dinner with a friend, I opted to order from the counter instead of the kiosk. Was able to order quickly and plenty of seating, my tomato soup was great and paired with a cheese sandwich you can’t go wrong on a chilly day!

Haven’t been to Panera Bread in a while. Went to this location today for a late lunch. Staff at register(Zai) is one of the friendliest, efficient and helpful staff I’ve come across in a long time. Food was great. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a salad without cilantro – covered in cilantro. The turkey bacon bravo we got was basically falling apart in the wrapper and didn’t even have bacon. I don’t know who’s in that kitchen – but they don’t care about their job. Sad
