Absolutely ridiculous! We waited close to 30 minutes for a Toasted Caprese Focaccia Sandwich and Broccoli Cheddar soup and they actually looked at this burnt sandwich and thought it was edible and good enough to give to a customer. I’m usually very forgiving with this kind of stuff, but you don’t really need to work in a restaurant to know this is not up to standard. Will absolutely never be back.

The soup was delicious, my husband really enjoyed his dipper, and I’m sure I would have loved my sandwich if there had actually been turkey on it…nothing like paying $9 for a cheese sandwich and lots of spring mix.
I’m so disappointed & before anyone comes at me about the mistakes, I did check to make sure I had my items but totally blanked on the sides (which is honestly no big deal). But I shouldn’t have to totally unwrap my food to make sure it’s correct.

The restaurant was empty. No lights, no movement, no cars in the lot. I thought it was closed.
I ordered a turkey and cheddar. I was told there were no greens for the sandwich except arigula which I agreed to. Please look at the photo. It was gross.
There was very little lunch meat turkey. I was expecting real sliced turkey which other Paneras I have frequented used. Very disappointing.
I used to enjoy Panera. Do the different locations use different qualities of ingredients?
I will try another location. I’m a “member” and have enjoyed many other items in the past.

Charged me 22 dollars for a Caesar salad for delivery and they didn’t even put the chicken… (yes I ordered it specifically with chicken). It was the only thing I ordered so it wasn’t very difficult to mess up.

This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks that we tried to get a Harvest Chicken salad with no success. The first time they didn’t have any chicken, which is half of their menu items. Today they had no Salad Greens, can’t have a salad without the lettuce. Obviously someone doesn’t know how to order properly to ensure they have supplies

First time at this panara location. Starting the review with that I love Panara and their soups and salads, as well as sandwiches. My favorite is the autumn squash soup.
Went here on Thursday August 21st 2025 with my mom to get some much needed dinner. We decided on Panara because I also had a gift card, and I haven’t had panara in a while. Oh, and side note- i find panara a bit healthier, and has healthy options. Anyways, we entered the store. First we were deciding what we wanted, which did take a while. Cashier greeted us and was very nice. She even complimented on my Jonas Brothers shirt, and my harry potter backpack! Anyways, I ordered the you pick 2- Strawberry Poppyseed salad with mexican chipoltle soup. I had a strawberry smoothie with that. My mom got a chicken moserella sandwich with mac and cheese, and some kind of tea. We paid via a gift card. I am also a panara member where one can get points and get a free thing for one’s birthday. One feedback about the cashier is that, unless it changed– she didn’t ask if I wanted bread, an apple, or chips. There is plenty of room to sit in the dining room, and outside too! Food was ready in a timely manner, and quickly. I enjoyed my salad, and soup! Also enjoyed the smoothie too! My mom also enjoyed her meal as well! Hope to be back soon!

I went through at Panera off Debo Drive in Carolina forest the drive thru on 2/19/25 around 5 pm . The customer service was the worst and the 2 Chicken salad sandwiches ($20) I ordered were far from a chicken salad sandwich. It was 4 sandwich halves that had nothing but soggy bread and burned cheddar cheese on it. I was so disappointed to get home and see this. I will never recommend this location. There are some hateful people that have no customer service skills at this location. Sadly, my FIRST and LAST time eating at panera would be yesterday.

Panera’s was once such a treat. They have automated the cashier experience and in general there is very little contact with the staff. I do not agree with the automated system asking for a tip for the staff as there is no interaction so what am I tipping for? I ordered the ciabatta with bacon egg and cheese and an iced coffee. The food was delicious and filling and the store was spotless.

waited 8 mins after ordering for the car in front to get their food. waited 12 more mins for mine—for mac and cheese that gets dumped from a bag mind you. added on a drink at the window as i forgot when i ordered, quick enough right? wrong. 15 more minutes for them to grab a drink from the fridge. and only bc i CALLED to remind them, no one bothered to check at the window, ya know where your customers are waiting for food? dude was too busy sweeping and stumbling all over the place to remember to grab the drink (that he reminded ME he still needed to grab as i thought he put it in the bag). not sure how you could forget that quickly, when there were also 3 other cars behind me waiting on food that they weren’t making. wanna be high at work? go for it, but do your damn job.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. Ordered only 2 very simple items, a bagel and a cookie. Both items were incorrect, received a different bagel and a different cookie. The employees just don’t care about accuracy.
