What has happened to Panera Bread in Carolina Forest. 1st, they were out of several things…meat and they said chicken. However, my daughter ordered a chicken caesar salad. But the chicken was horrible. I ordered a turkey and swiss. I took one bite and was done. Tasted like it had horseradish on it. I fist got lemonade. Tasted like it was 5 days old then switched to sweet tea. I am not sure what it was…but it was not sweet tea. Then an employees child came in. Looked to be 6 or 7 with a dirty diaper on. No pants. Not judging the kid, but they allowed him to run around on the seat benches by the tables. No one said a word. Sorry Panera. I will never be back!!!!

I could tell by the people working there that they were working had, but were short staffed. Still, I think there should be hot coffee, cream and sugar available especially if someone orders it. There was coffee, warm, no cream or sugar and no one could get because everyone was filling orders. I could tell there weren’t enough people there. Everyone was friendly and helpful, food was great. Carpet needs replacing and someone needs to put a bag in the outside trashcan. .

The food is hot and fast. We ordered inside with the kiosk and it took a bit as they have so many options with pictures. The app was easy to navigate. We asked for the scone to be warmed… nope! We also asked for NO bacon on the breakfast sandwich…. nope (there was of course bacon on it)!

I went through the drive thru yesterday before my work shift thinking it would be a convenient choice but i was let down. i ordered the new green goddess caprese and asked for chicken to be added on which was acknowledged at the window but wasn’t executed. i paid extra for the chicken just to have none put on. also the ingredients on the caprese were very sparse. i’ve never had a bad experience at panera until now, wasn’t worth the price at all.
