Rather large restaurant and probably the largest Panera location I’ve seen. Service was friendly. The bathrooms, however, needed a good cleaning. I’m not sure what was going on in the bathrooms, but they definitely needed attention.

I had Panera’s breakfast for the first time and it was delicioussss ! I ordered the bacon , egg & cheese on ciabatta bread & the spinach soufflé . I have also been inside once on my lunch break and the girls are really nice . The dining room was clean as well . 10/10 !

Ordered a margarita pizza got one without basil, told the lady at the front, told me that the website listed they were out of stock, went on their website to see that it did not in fact have it listed as out of stock. Didn’t refund or recommended any remedy. Ice machine was empty and when I asked the lady behind the counter if they had one in the back she rolled her eyes and dragged her feet to go check, wife told her never mind out of discomfort. Employees suck their teeth when you ask for anything.

This is the nicest Panera I’ve ever been to! It was very spacious. Plenty of outlets for charging up my devices since I’m on the road. I didn’t eat anything, just ordered a drink. But EVERYONE I came into contact with was SO pleasant and lovely! Must be that southern hospitality I love so much. ❤️

My family and I have eaten at Panera Bread for many years but will never come again. Today 5-5-23 at the Harbison location the manager came to my table and accused me of speaking to an employee and calling her a name which I never did. I simply asked the employee to please heat my soup because it was barely warm. I then thanked her and sat down to eat. The manager came to my table and continually accused me of using a certain word and when I told her I had not, she badgered me and embarrassed me in front of all of the other customers for no reason. She said she had to protect her employees but I did nothing and she would not believe me. I’m very hurt and felt verbally attacked. My family and I will not be back and I will share my experience with others!!!!!!

Still haven’t got the food yet so couldn’t tell u how it was yet but the place is filthy. Caked on food on the high chair. Crumbs and liquid on every surface of the restaurant. Bathrooms not clean. Honestly a little scared to eat the food but don’t have any other choice.

Despite of all the Karen’s I usually see here on almost a weekly basis while on lunch. This Panera is doing an outstanding job keeping up the managers there are truly helpful and patient and quick to fixing any mistakes. The young beautiful lady with the colored hair is extremely polite so don’t believe a word these impatient Karen’s say.

So I’m Vegetarian and I love there Mediterranean veggie sandwiches . But today I got a pick two with the sandwich and the New Mexican soup. First was the sandwich it wasn’t a big deal to me cause it’s not like a bug or anything but there was a plastic knife in the sandwich. Also I was eating the soup and I noticed my soup had this texture and I figured it was the potatoes but no as I was eating I decided to look at it, it was meat I think it was turkey but it’s the fact that it was included in the soup I’m over here looking up the ingredients cause I swear there was no meat in it . Overall yea today wasn’t there day idk ♀️
