I miss the old Panera where everything didn’t taste prepackaged and over priced. The menu has scaled down drastically but the prices have gone up exponentially. The service and staff here were great but it just feels like an overpriced fast food joint now.

I always love coming here, as the food is delicious and the service is lightning fast. The little ordering tablets are very convenient, and the store is always bright with how many windows they’ve installed. Overall a wonderful little Panera. 10/10

Stopped in for lunch with my boyfriend and his mother—because nothing says family bonding like soup, sandwiches, and strategic seating near the fireplace. The place was clean, calm, and smelled faintly of bread and judgment (as all Paneras should).
Boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and mac combo—his usual. His mom ordered a ham sandwich and then buttered her toast with the precision of a seasoned kitchen general. I had the tuna salad on soft white bread, which, let’s be honest, was giving lunchbox nostalgia in the best way.
We all ended up sipping green tea and contemplating if Panera mac and cheese is actually made from clouds and fairy whispers. Staff was friendly, everything came out quick, and the vibes were solid. Honestly, if you need a calm, well-lit place to eat carbs and reassess your life, this Panera’s got you covered.

I ordered on line. Was given a time to get in the drive thru line for pick up and then 2 more texts arrived delaying what I felt, 30 minutes for an ASAP order, was a ridiculous amount of time.
When I got to the window one of our drink sizes was wrong. I told the surly lady at the drive thru that and she just continued to hand me a medium drink, saying “It’s a medium.” each time.
I know it’s a medium. Could you please at least check the order?
I left with my medium drink.
Not because I was satisfied with the outcome but because I was so annoyed at getting stonewalled.
I also felt sorry for the long line of holiday shoppers behind me who just wanted their lunch and why is that dumb lady taking so long?!
Hope their orders were right!
I vowed, on the way home, never to patronize Panera again.
Then I got home and we tasted their sandwiches.
Out of this world!
My husband and I both got grilled ham and cheese with chibatta bread instead of white and white cheddar cheese instead of American cheese.
Totally calorie bomb; but, it was two days before Christmas and we were celebrating early!
So Panera, your delicious sandwiches saved you from a horrible rating because nothing else about my experience conveyed to me that you honor me as a customer and are willing to do what it takes to earn the dollars I gave you.
And please hire an employee to run drive thru at 11 am on Tuesdays – because the one stationed there on December 23rd was gloomy, unhelpful, and about as welcoming as a skunk.

I came in at 3:15 today hungry and cold after having a medical procedure where i could not eat solid food in 42 hrs. I was craving a bowl of hot soup. I ordered the broccoli cheddar. It was Luke warm at best. My guess 100 degrees. I asked them to heat it up. They said they can’t do that and did not offer me a different soup that is the proper temp. This is a HEALTH VIOLATION! Soups must be heated to 165 degrees and held at 140 degrees no more than 4 hrs. This place has horrible customer service and I will be contacting the health department.

First off I order only via the app. I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich, it looks NOTHING like their photo, none of their food does! Any order there is hit or miss. I order a breakfast sandwich and it was wrong, they weren’t even busy. Good thing I checked it before leaving. Another breakfast sandwich was burnt and hand a big thumbprint squished in it! I order 2 DIFFERENT sandwiches and get 2 the SAME! Order rasin bagel, there’s NO raisins, just holes where they should be. They must have ALL fallen out after they sliced it, how could they not see that! The almond pastry I’ve received had NO almonds or icing! This wasn’t a single error, as their case was filled with them made the same way and NO ONE working ever noticed (including mgr) . No wonder they went unsold! I ordered a sandwich requesting NO ONIONS, it was stated on receipt, the sandwich was LOADED with onions!!! I’m allergic!! Had I eaten it, I could have needed hospitalization!! Onions aren’t an option in their allergies section! Coffee is constantly stale or dispensers are empty, same with creamer! I’ve had to toss it out way too often. A customer shouldn’t have to unwrap everything they purchase for pick up! This Harbison location needs retraining on everything from food prep to customer service! Wish Undercover Boss was still in production! The on-line CS is excellent.
