All the food was great. Staff were very friendly and proficient. But the dining area was not very clean with dirty tables and floor. That was had a lot of stuff, crumbs and what not. The drink station always looks half baked. But overall Panera makes some great food and healthy

Yes I come here often in the morning to eat, because of the bacon ranch sandwich and the cinnamon bagel. Some days is a hit or miss but usually a + But this particular night I bought my usual, it wasn’t prepared to my liking I ask for a refund I call for the manager and explain to her what had happened as I was explaining to the manager the cashier walks up given me this negative energy, shaming me provoking me and then tried to flip the blame on me and got me banned from the café this wasn’t a misunderstanding that was manipulation,.The manager didn’t do anything she just looking clueless. So the rude cashier shout out oh you just wanted something for FREE. All because I ask for my sandwich to be made to my liking. So I got denied morning and afternoon service. No problem because Lexington Panera Bread the people there are amazing cashiers and cooks and the store manager. No Evil vibes just mature grown folks with pure genuine understanding energy.

This is a really nice store. Only paba is that you must be careful about the time of day when you are placing orders. Some items, such as soups, can only be placed after 10.30a o’clock and there is no mention of the likes of such on the menu. The servers had to explain to every customer that wanted soup. The soup twas delicious as twas the tuna sandwich. The apple twas bruised. Customers do not like this for it gives the customer the feeling that the apple twas among the group that Adam ate. Please never give this to customers. Besides that, everything else twas very good along with enough sweets and pastries to visit a dentist.

Don’t waste your time or money at this location.
I was the only customer. It took 10 minutes to get my oatmeal to-go. I noticed two employees working on other things before stopping to work on my order. When I got the oatmeal, it was barely warm, halfway full, and liquid was swimming on top. I have ordered oatmeal plenty of times from other Panera locations. This is the last time I spend money here.

Went in for a lunch meeting today. I had the Philly Steak, my co worker had the mac and cheese. The Philly steak on toasted bread, along with the onions was delicious! The mac and cheese was cold, and we had to go back to get a fresh one.
The dine in experience, and the customer service was great!

First time eating from here.
I ordered to-go , the employee was very curious and professional .
My food was ready to pick up at the time she gave me, no waiting. Then the sandwich was phenomenal! Great job Panera!! All around great experience! I will be returning!

i have always loved panera, but i guess something has changed in recent years. the bagels are now super thin, instead of big & thick like they used to be, and the tub of cream cheese i bought tasted like absolutely nothing. quite literally like water.
i hope things change. such a shame for a place that used to be so good.

I truly enjoy the Panera chain and have always had a positive experience in service and quality of food.
This is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to! It took 28 minutes for them to bring out the coffee refill and make a smoothie. I was one of three customers that they waited on during that time. Where was the staff? They were all in the back laughing, talking, and obviously not working! Where was the manager? No where. On top of that, it is dirty! Terrible, simply terrible.

I visit Panera locations all over the state and country, and unfortunately this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had—and it’s a management issue. Many of the employees, including some special-needs workers, are kind and clearly trying. The managers, however, seem disengaged and only interested when there’s a large catering order. It’s disappointing because this is a nice store and it used to be run much better.

What in the world is going on at this store? We stood at the counter for five minutes with several employees just 6 feet away and nobody greeted us. I didn’t expect them to drop what they were doing and take my order right away, but someone should have acknowledged us. “I’ll be with you in a moment” is all I needed to hear. We had to ask someone before they said they would be with us shortly. When she finally came over to take our order, no greeting. What happened to “Hello, how are you”? Just “what can I get for you”, didn’t look up from the computer at me. I tried to put my phone number in and the system kicked me out and she just went on to payment so I didn’t get any Panera rewards credit, and I was one visit away from my next reward. We didn’t get a receipt.
So we finally placed our order. There was a mysterious dried liquid trail from the trash can to behind the counter, so that’s disgusting. I know trash drips, but clean it up?! Trash juice on the floor?? All the lemonades and teas were empty, there were no regular size cup lids, there was trash all over the beverage station, tables were not cleaned off…the entire dining area was not clean, and the self busing station was gross.
So we finally get our food….and there was plastic in my tuna sandwich. I told the employee behind the counter who sighed loudly and said “I’ll go get the manager”. The manager did refund our order and I declined another sandwich- I couldn’t have gotten another tuna anyway since they didn’t have enough to make another sandwich. The chicken soup was fine. I’ll say, in their defense, that it was move-in weekend. But for off-peak hours on a Sunday, I was shocked.
