I am disappointed with my food. Hendersonville place is better than this place. This is not my spot to visit again. Definitely no one should come two hours before closing. Bread, chips, and the indigents are not fresh. This place is not worth the money. I spent more than seventeen dollars just for tomato soup and the meditation veg sandwich for one person. Spicy onion they used ruined my food taste.

This particular establishment is a Staple of Asheville that every visiting party should incorporate into their itinerary. The food was scrum-diddly-dumptious and it was very clear that the employees are hard workers. The handsome fellow, John, was a stand out employee. John personally supervised the making of my chicken sandwich and ensured the quality was 110%. My sandwich was perfectly toasted and generously stuffed. I may never find another sandwich to satiate my tongue the way this one did. Not only did John deliver a perfect meal, he even escorted my to a free table and made sure I was comfortable. John clearly understands good service, he would be an amazing owner. I’m sure this Panera is always great, but make sure to visit when John is working to really indulge in his expertise. 10/10 Panera. 100/10 John.

Tables are full of crumbs. No one came to clean in my 2 hours there. Hazelnut coffee empty, told 3 different staffs n finally someone took care of it 45 min later. Food is expensive . Won’t be coming back. This place doesn’t use to be that bad before

The manager Kai is awesome. I accidentally ordered at a different location so I called and had them cancel it and Kai hooked me right up and got me straightened out. Super great people super good atmosphere great vibes great employees and the food was banging can’t complain.

I work near panera and 8 there a lot. so my husband gave me gift cards for panera at christmas. I went in and was treated terribly by an employee.I think might be named susie. A short elderly lady with grey hair. I went in and talked to the manager. Call tour, I was still upset.I didn’t even want my gift cards and gave them back to her. They did nothing to make it right. They asked me for my phone number but never called me.

The staff were all laid back and helpful and asked if I needed anything extra with smiles, and I sat in the back it was nice and quiet. Food was nice and tasted good, probably will go back there to study sometime if I need to.

This was my first time eating at Panera and it was absolutely amazing. My friend told me about their turkey bacon sandwich and that’s what we both got. Omg we will definitely be going again and telling everyone about it!!! If you like fresh food this is it!! Great, calm, clean environment with amazing service all around! I highly recommend this place to any and everyone!! We also got the dessert but i forgot to take a picture of it, it was so good!

This is the 3rd time now that none of the modifications to my order were done and ingredients missing. Ordered a smoky buffalo chicken melt with extra sauce and extra red onions. It had very little sauce and no onions at all. Very skimpy on the chicken as well. This has been my third complaint. The issues with those making the orders does not get corrected. I also ordered a flatbread pizza with extra sauce and extra basil. No extra sauce and 3 small little flakes of basil. The manager has offered to remake the sandwiches which were made incorrectly. I had taken them up on this offer in the past, but after a third time of getting my order wrong, I will no longer be returning to this Panera location. I gave them the chance three times over the period of the last 6 months and the retraining has not happened or the employees don’t listen. Never coming back to this location again.

I’m sorry I’m paying $8 for a cup of soup that’s about the same size as chic fill a cup ice cream? Who do you think you are Panera, grove park inn? I’m sure even grove park for cheaper prices. No hate to the employees they are the best people.
