Despite being a newer remodel or newer location, this Panera has serious staff issues. We ordered 2 bagels and 3 breakfast sandwiches and then waited about 30 minutes for our order. We were the only ones in the dining room. 22 minutes in, I asked when our order would be ready and was told that “eggs take a long time”. Maybe they wouldn’t take so long if the girls in the back weren’t just standing around or talking? Eggs do not take a half hour to cook. Bagels do not take a half hour to cook. Absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off, the toilets are gross. I could’ve sat down to eat somewhere for almost the same amount of time and had a much more pleasant experience.

We went here and tried to order a pic two with a half a sandwich and a half of salad with a drink and a bear claw. They wanted $24 for the one meal. Neither the employees or the manager could figure out why it was so expensive. They made no real effort to fix it. Over $50 for two for lunch. We have never had this kind of experience at a Panera location.

Every time I come the restaurant look like no one has cleaned it in days food on floor under tables . Counters are not clean the fountain drinks are full of fruit flies around them . They have cut there selection down to what the offer to bar-bones selection. Then the service is marginal at best. It really look like no one cares here . It need an intervention to improve it .

DON’T GO HERE! This is the worst Panera Bread iv ever been to. Trash everywhere, floors, tables, counters & bathrooms. Old dishes left on tables and stacked high near trash bins. Soda machine out of service with note saying to use other fountain drinks but that machine is off with old juice still in them. Doesn’t have half of menu items. Out of a lot of To-Go boxes. Bakery is almost none existing with the feeling of “ I wonder how long that pastry been sitting there “ starting to move in. Food will come out slow. With all the problems here the staff did appear to be nice.

The pagers don’t work. Every table is dirty. The floor is sticky. It looks as if this place has gone all day without any employee attention to the dining area. And this was at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

So the food was good, but pricey for soup and sandwiches. We ordered at a kiosk, went to grab our food from a window, and then had to take our trays up and dispose of the garbage. For all this work the customer does, the employees sat grouped up at a table and neglected dirty tables and sticky floors. They barely did anything, and it shows. This place won’t last like this. They need to hire some adults who will keep the kids in line.

Not this Panera. Have continues to give chance time after time and see decline rather than improvement. Today servixe friendlier but not worth the price for quality of food. Though the salad mix was fresh l, the Greek dressing was NOT Greek but sweet like. Poppyseed and no feta. The tuna salad sandwich had little tuna and bread dry-not Mayo etc. Confirming other inputs at 2:30 in afternoon no bagels, very few pastries. Won’t keep wasting money

Just plain awful. Took 30 minutes to make 3 breakfast sandwiches. We were the only people in the store so it shouldn’t have taken that long. The staff in the back move at a snails pace and were more interested in flirting with each other than doing their jobs.
