I placed an order online for pick up of 2 cinnamon crunch bagels (my fav). In the instructions, I requested that they are both toasted and sliced. I walk in the restaurant and no one was in there but 2 people, I pick up my order and the guy that was behind the counter in the kitchen wasn’t as pleasant either. I get back to my destination and checked my food and neither of my bagels were toasted or sliced. I didn’t have time to drive back and get new ones, but it would be nice if your workers read specific instructions please and thank you.

I normally have a good experiences at Panera, but I placed an online order, got to speaker told them I had an online order,and they said drive around. I get to the window, clearly see people inside, sit there roughly 15 minutes for a tea, and then end up having to tap on the window to get someone’s attention. The girl at the window said “did you go to the speaker?” I said “yes we did.” The girl at the window then comes back with my tea and said “no one in here said they spoke to anyone at the speaker,” she then proceeded to ask “was it a robot?” I had three people in my car clearly hear a person inside Panera tell us to drive around. Poor customer service Panera, especially for not taking accountability.

HORRIBLE! Placed online order, drove 30+ minutes in pouring rain to nearest Panera from Marion and picked up at drive-thru. To my mistake, I only checked one half of wrapped sandwich to notice missing ingredients BUT apparently before driving ALL the way back to Marion I should have checked both halves because I had TWO entirely different breads for the SAME sandwich…huh??? First time at this location with desire to try the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich for the first time. They weren’t even busy. No one is visiting in all that rain (except for me unfortunately) SO NO EXCUSES for this service! Totally disappointed because I’m not driving back to have corrected.

The food is great but the last two times I’ve gone in there the tables have been dirty and the dirty dish bin overflowing. The thing is I go at off times so I believe there would have been time to wipe down tables and take the dishes to the back after the rush, if there was one.

It doesn’t matter if you come to this location in the morning. The afternoon the evening weekday is weekends. It’s always the same. There’s no one at the register. The drinks are always empty, there’s no baked goods, staff can’t be found.
This time was a plus, usually the ice is out, there was ice this time and normally the trash is overflowing. This time it was not doesn’t matter. The time of day dishes are streamed everywhere. There are no cups for mobile orders.
I’ve been a Panera rewards member and sips plus member for years.
I have dinned at panera’s all over the country. You never see a manager. You never see an owner. This franchise is an absolute disgrace to the brand.

Despite being a newer remodel or newer location, this Panera has serious staff issues. We ordered 2 bagels and 3 breakfast sandwiches and then waited about 30 minutes for our order. We were the only ones in the dining room. 22 minutes in, I asked when our order would be ready and was told that “eggs take a long time”. Maybe they wouldn’t take so long if the girls in the back weren’t just standing around or talking? Eggs do not take a half hour to cook. Bagels do not take a half hour to cook. Absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off, the toilets are gross. I could’ve sat down to eat somewhere for almost the same amount of time and had a much more pleasant experience.

Seriously Panera stick to soups and sandwiches because a microwaved rubber chicken patty on a cold bun will not do. At least the apple cranberry drink was good, if it weren’t served atop a sespool.
