First time ordering here and safe to say I was truly disappointed, I got the chicken noodles soup and my husband got the buffalo sandwich, my chk noodles soup was all broth and no NOODLES OR CHICKEN AT ALL, it tasted amazing but it felt like they just gave me the left over of what was left which was all broth and no chicken or noodle from the bottom of the pot. My husband sandwich was hard the bread was hard he literally have to gnaw just to eat it, but other wise it still taste amazing, another thing is the bread, it looked like it was just thrown into the bag with no care. The coffee was great tho and the kids cheddar broccoli Mac and cheese but other than that amazing disappointed

Disappointed!!!! Ordered 2 soups at a restaurant where they are out of spoons early today. Also ordered Margarita flat bread. Check the pic with the review they were out of basil. There should be signs for the out of stock before customer orders something or they should say it before they start making. When upon asking for spoons they we ran out early today sorry you can use fork lol. Very rude staff. After spending $50+ you dont get what you ordered. Also the bread that came with soup was thrown in the bag unwrapped

PLEASE CHECK YOUR SALADS‼️ I always order the Green Goddess Cobb salad (it’s my absolute favorite!). At first the salad looks normal but I always toss my salads so when doing that I noticed a very large amount of cilantro in my salad. My kids are allergic to it so I immediately called panera because I know cilantro is not an ingredient for this salad. I spoke to manager and she stated they did in fact add cilantro. She said unfortunately she can’t remake it due to the whole batch being that way. Which means they served it without fixing it and continued to still serve it. Manager was kind and gave me a refund but pretty bummed I didn’t have lunch to break my fasting. I REALLY HOPE they didn’t do this to CUT CORNERS on the salads, it would of ended super bad had they taken a bite. If this is how it’s going to be I hope they notify people with a sign at the front door or on the app. *and Yes I am aware the dressing has cilantro we don’t consume it we use a homemade avocado dressing*

I realized after I was driving down the highway that my margherita pizza was cold. The cheese was barely melted and the sauce had the taste and consistency of tomato soup. If I did not have several more hours of driving ahead of me I would have turned around and returned it.

My husband, my preschooler and I walked in around 5:30 on Saturday. We could hear people talking in the back and dishes being washed. A short time later, as no one had come to the registers, we tried placing an order at the self-checkout area. The screen wasn’t working very well. It wasn’t taking the pressure of pressing on the choices we needed to make. After being in the lobby for a few minutes and calling out for assistance, we left and went elsewhere for dinner. There were three people eating at tables and there were employees in the drive thru area.

I don’t even know where to start with this one. Stopped by this location today and first thing I noticed as I walked in was a large wet spot on the floor which was either a spill or leaking tea/coffee. As I was trying to decide what I wanted I couldn’t help but over hear an employee behind me talking to who I assume was a friend at a table. She was talking about being addicted to advil and doing edibles(Marijuana food infused foods).
