The girl working in the Drive-Thru was really kind but I understand the low ratings. Look at this tomato in my sandwich. The food at this location just not up to par with Panera bread’s reputation.
Tried to eat as much as I could to not waste money but ended up throwing it out. Will not be spending $6 on a breakfast sandwich with these results again.

I ordered Soup and a French Dipper sandwich in the drive thru line. When I got home the only items in the bag were the soup and sandwich dipping sauce. No Sandwich, Bread, or Napkins.
I tried calling the store 3 times and nobody will answer and you cannot leave a message.

If you like eating in Alaska, this is the right place for you! The AC is strong so bring a sweater. The price point is higher but the food quality was on par. My wife enjoys pronouncing the sandwich names in French, but unfortunately that does not count for any bonus points when you order. The syrup for the Pepsi was off and I made the staff aware. The hot tea passes the mother test! My wife said that it was c’est magnifique.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order , nobody around, Sunday mid day . Finally went inside , took 10 minutes to get someone to listen to what I needed , she then spent another 10 minutes looking for my order (literally two refresher drinks)… I could have climbed back there and made 100 of those same orders in the time it took them to look. Just for her to come back and say they’re still working on it (I can see back into the kitchen and see nobody is doing anything). Shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone reading to review to hear most of these young ladies and gentlemen working were sporting blue hair , and outrageous attire .

Just started eating Panera and definitely will be back to this location. They were very helpful and food was really good. Easy to eat healthy here as well if you know how to order healthy. In general the food is a lot healthier than other restaurants regardless how you order it. Definitely will be back.

Hands-down the best! So far love the chicken cob salad and the steak ciabatta. Restaurant is clean well maintaining the staff are super nice. Drive-through can get a little packed at times but well worth the wait for healthy eats. They have soda there, Dr Pepper, etc.. great atmosphere to chill out and wind down in the dining room while you’re eating to do work on your laptop.
