Our food was good but the poor lady at the front could not beg anyone back there to help her. She charged me and my kids wrong and when that was brought to the managers attention he said well our prices have gone up and didn’t give my daughter-in-law her brownie she was missing. I’m pretty baffled with the customer service. Must do better!!!

This is for the Morehead City, NC restaurant. I would like to thank them all (specifically Faith, one of the managers). I ordered through the drive thru yesterday. When I got back to my office I realized that the flat bread pizza I ordered was missing. (I didn’t know they gave them to you in a separate box.) I called because I couldn’t leave the office to go back and Faith took my name. I was told to come any time and pick it up. So I went back today to get it and ordered some other things in addition. I was thinking that I would only be receiving the flat bread for no charge but instead I was not charged for any of my order. Totally unexpected and totally appreciated! Outstanding customer service!! Thanks so much!!

So I waited in the drive through and it was a super busy day so it took a while. This drive through in particular you can’t escape from because it has a curb on the other side. I asked for a buffalo chicken sandwich but with a softer bread because the French baguette is as hard as a rock everytime I get it. Apparently they “aren’t allowed to substitute the bread?? Honestly not worth going back to. I ended up not ordering and still being stuck in the line until the curb ended.

Food is good but some middle-aged white lady brought in her untrained Labradoodle puppy in a carrier. As a paying customer who has friends with service dogs this should not be allowed in the restaurant. You should forcibly kick these people out if they can’t follow public laws.

Just started eating Panera and definitely will be back to this location. They were very helpful and food was really good. Easy to eat healthy here as well if you know how to order healthy. In general the food is a lot healthier than other restaurants regardless how you order it. Definitely will be back.

5 stars are not enough for this Panera location that helped me with 2 very short turn-around- time catering orders. Great customer service and delicious food! First visit after moving into the area after a long day at work. I ordered food to go and didn’t find the cheese for my onion soup when I got home. I dragged myself back to the car and drove through the drive thru to get the cheese. They didn’t hesitate to take care of it and got me on my way quickly. Got home and finally sat down with my delicious soup and there was my cheese in my soup but it had melted so it was in the bottom which was why I hadn’t seen it. I can’t say how much I appreciate their patience with me and not arguing about whether or not I had gotten the cheese. They were very nice and helpful and the food was wonderful. It was just what I needed at the end of a very long day.
