The promised sandwich looks great but what you get is a half ice cream scoop with one small tomato. The salad doesn’t even reach the edge of the bread. The tomato soup was a pile of croutons with a moat of tomato soup.

Whether you are seeking a clean family friendly environment to eat, study alone or a partake with a group of friends for laughs and baked goods, THIS LOCATION is right for you. Every time I come the staff is warm, professional and inviting. Stephanie took THE BEST care of me on the Drive Thru. She was kind and FULL of knowledge about the items on the menu. She allowed me to take my time without rushing.
On a recent visit weeks later, the ENTIRE night crew was just as productive, patient and professional. They deserved every penny of my tip. Plus the food was DELICIOUS. Do yourself a favor and go. You’re welcome.

Came here for a quick day date. Loved the environment. My soup was warm and comforting on this fall day. I had the simple but delicious chicken noodle soup. Also the citrus punch was refreshing.

This is insane, how did I order ahead and I’m still sitting in this drive thru for 40 plus minutes. Make it make sense. Why order ahead if we are gonna sit in the same line as people that are just pulling up to the window to order. Order was ready at 12:08 got here at 12:10 sat in drive thru until 12:50…so my food sat around for that long! Terrible service.

Had a pretty lengthy wait prior to ordering, I just assumed it was busy inside so they had Drive thru waiting…. Finally placed my order, asked for 2 modifications; that my sandwich was made on white in place of sour dough and instead of just one pickle spear I asked for 2. Waited again at the window, drove off and went home to eat my meal. Not only was my sandwhich thrown together with all the ingredients pushed into two tiny pieces of SOURDOUGH bread and pouring out all over the place, there was no extra pickle spear, hell there wasn’t a pickle to be seen in my order. So I waited a total of 15 minutes for my order to be wrong and the comical part is my order was “checked” by an additional staff member. Way to go Panera you’re giving ‘bare minimum’ and it shows.

Lunch was great the employees were great. I’ve had Panera bread a few times but the inside experience is so much more satisfying then just going through the drive thur.
