Consistently messes up everything in the order. Poor service, regardless of tipping them when I go in (honestly hate how restaurants are set up to tip before you know what the service is like, because you can tip 25%+ and still get terrible service) the tables are sticky and disgusting. The last delivery I got from there tonight had half of my latte missing with a small amount of whip cream smudged on the side and half the drink gone (and I didn’t even place the order, someone placed it and had it sent to be kindly), the sandwich was missing almost all of the inside and was almost all bread. Not sure who manages this location on Oleander, but it’s clearly poorly managed and/or lazy employees.

Super-delicious with photos being perfectly substantial to its quality. Driver delivery Kyw was right on schedule within the constraints of poor weather atmosphere. Awesome Ciambatta French with Bites trio for dessert and Americano!

I went through the drive up and I ordered a half bacon turkey Bravo and a You Pick 2 of a Fuji apple chicken salad WITHOUT ONIONS and brocolli cheddar soup. After 30 minutes in line and waiting even after I pulled up to the window, I finally got my order. My salad was covered with, what I would say is, double the amount of red onions!, only 1 container of salad dressing (I’ve gotten this salad multiple times and always gotten 2 containers before)! In addition the soup is very runny… thin. The employee did apologize, but there was still a wait for the salad. They put in a heart cookie as an apology, I guess. The worst service I have ever had at a Panera.

I’ve tried Panera several times over the past year, and I’ve never been impressed. The bread on my sandwiches has consistently been so hard that it hurts my teeth to chew, and the fillings are always bland with little to no flavor. Today’s chili was especially disappointing. It had a hot-dog like texture with just a few whole beans and almost no seasoning. I paid $7 for an 8oz cup of bland chili and a small bag of chips, which felt overpriced for the quality. Overall, not happy with the taste or the value. I wouldn’t recommend Panera and don’t plan to return.

I don’t write bad reviews but this experience needs to be shared. This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve been to. I went through the drive thru, ordered and waited 24 minutes and no one came to the window.
We knocked on the window twice (5 minutes apart) and someone finally came and we asked for a refund and not to worry about the food. They said they would have to get their manager so we had to wait even longer. The manager came to the window, handed us cash, said they were in the middle of shift change, and shut the window. She did not apologize or anything.
I love Panera but I was super dissatisfied with this location.

I never get much broccoli in the cheddar broccoli soup…
I love the soup, just always a little disappointing, but always hopeful that one day I will pull off that plastic lid and I will have broccoli in my cheddar broccoli soup, not just little broken pieces.

Probably the worst experience when it comes to food delivery. I ordered from the Panera app for delivery on a Sunday evening. The order said delayed and it took exactly 2 hours to get to my house when I live 12 mins away. When we got the order we noticed they gave us the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, so I try calling the restaurant. I attempted both the online order line and the manager line and got hung up on several times without talking to anyone. We reported it on the app and got some money back. Now I sit here 2 hours after ordering with 2 baguettes and a small soup and no one to explain the mix up to or get my correct order. Terrible!

We waited for 40 minutes before we were notified that our food was ready. We only had an hour for lunch. We then asked them to please change to a Togo order. Luckily we looked in the bag before leaving and noticed they had forgotten one of our foods. By the time we got back to work and could try to eat it it was disgusting. Not sure what happened here today, because I eat here quite often and have never experienced this before.

Always enjoying getting their tomato soup. One of my favorite things to get. Along with a sandwich. Tried their new chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was very tasty. Will definitely order again. Also always try to get me a half gallon of their green tea. It is very delicious.
