The food is very good. Love the Mediterranean sub with feta cheese. Tried rhe fall soup made with butter nut squash a little too sweet for.my liking but the chili is pretty good and so is the broccoli cheddar soup. I haven’t tried everything yet so it is a work in process and of there is the pickle.that comes with sandwich.

Went to this location for lunch and they were literally completed sold out of broccoli cheddar soup. It was only 1:13p.m on a Monday, how are you sold out.? So I had to order the chicken with wild rice soup and literally got one piece of chicken in the whole bowl of soup that was given. I expected better.

The food is excellent is nice and hot. Very clean and hygienic.. my main complaint is the lines are long and and the drive out also takes forever. But still I would recommend.

I just wanted to let you know I appreciated you fixing my order for my husband. My turkey and cheese was the best one yet, lol. It’s the only cold meat sandwich I like and it has the right amount of onion, tomato and lettuce on it so thank you. Keep up the great work

GOT ME SO MESSED UP, a maggot in my soup…….and i had my mom call up to the establishment and tell the manager cause lord knows i would’ve cussed that lady out and she had the AUDACITY to ask if i wanted MORE ?!?!! and i just now seen someone under the reviews and they found a green bug in their salad !!! absolutely NOT and corporate WILL be called first thing tomorrow !!!!! There was a live, crawling green worm in my salad. I had a pickup order and drove 15 minutes to pick it up, staff member at pickup area was rude to me and the customer behind me. She dropped my drink over and did not even clean, refill the cup or replace the broken lid. She just handed it to me. After discovering the worm in my salad, I drove all the way back to Panera Bread and discretely and politely explained the issue. I showed the manager the video of the worm. While she did refund me, nothing else was done to compensate me for the huge inconvenience. My entire lunch break was spent driving bug infested food back and forth to your location.

I would not recommend ordering the Grilled Cheese from here. It was not an authentic grilled cheese sandwich; instead, it consisted of two slices of bread with cheese in between that had been microwaved. The cheese tasted and looked like it had been heated in the microwave, and the bread was not toasted but rather moist. However, I do give them credit for the decent service I received. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for that poor excuse of a “grilled” cheese sandwich.

The food is definitely less quality than years ago. I remember being greeted by friendly staff. Now a kiosk greets you. The bagel was smaller and burned when toasted. The cream cheese barely enough to cover the bagel and cold. For the price the bagel should come with cream cheeses on it, not a. Self serve cold container. Coffee is similar to a gas station quality. Over priced airport quality food.

I ordered the same sandwich and 4 out of 4 times they got it wrong.
When you pay extra for double meat it damn well better be just that. The extra charge in not minuscule. My sandwich costs over $15. My time is precious. I had to pull aside and wait in the specified parking area until they remade it. I had a $60 gift card and they made it a burden instead of a gift. I cannot believe how bad the quality control is there. I will not be recommending nor visiting this establishment again.
