I don’t know what’s going on with Panera bread on Ramsey Street but their quality of food is getting horrible. I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup and a green goddess salad the broccoli soup was so watery it tasted like water. The green goddess salad mix was rotten moldy and light green. I took it back in and was given another salad made out of romaine lettuce instead and it was wilted. I was told this is how their salad mix is being delivered. Well if this is how it’s being delivered you should have thrown it away instead of serving it to your customers. This was really disturbing that you would serve your customer a rotten salad.

At 900am on a Saturday, Walking in, you don’t really know if they are open as the displays are sparse…the baked goods don’t smell fresh and the relative high prices are not equivalent high quality of food. Panera used to be THE PLACE to go to for fresh baked goods & “Healthier” food choices but now it’s suffering from mass commercialization which directly impacts the quality provisions. Sad to see it atrophy.

Why is the half sand which the size of a chicken nugget!?! That is a salad dressing cup next to it for size comparison.
