Last time I visited a Panera, I ordered a sandwich, which was way too small for what they charge, and I got really sick. That was a few years back. I met up a friend at this Panera (she insisted) and I ordered the only thing that I was hoping was not going to make me sick, a plain salad. Well, it had way too much dressing, as you can see from the pictures; so much dressing that the greens started to cook in the acid. I only drank plain water, because if they don’t clean the ice machine often and correctly the ice can make you sick. So, that salad was the source! If you have an iron stomach, go ahead and eat here. At least, the bathroom was clean!

As always, top shelf service and delicious sub. Got the Mediterranean veggie. Vegetables were crisp and fresh.

Kyle was great! My husband and I came in together and couldn’t find the kitchen sink cookies, he pointed it out and even paid for it for us! He told us save the money for the holidays. He was so sweet, his service was superb – it truly made our day.

We had lunch at Panera Bread, one of my favorite light meals place.
I had chicken noodles soup with bread and a Mediterranean bowl. My wife had the onion soup with bread and a Mediterranean bowl as well. Soup as hot and in inviting, just for this cold weather. The bowl was filled with chicken, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and veggies.
It was a nice good meal.

Terrible experience at this location. My wife made a mobile order and waited in the drive-thru for an hour. When she finally made it to the window, they said that they did not have her food. Instead of waiting longer for them to make it, she politely asked for a refund. The worker stated they had to get a manager, rolled their eyes at her and slammed the drive thru window. She was able to get a refund and was told they were having problems with their system, but that is no excuse to treat a customer, especially one that had been patiently waiting an unreasonable amount of time.

Unfortunately, this is the worst Panera location I have been to. I am a sip club member and there has been multiple occasions where I have gone through the drive-thru maybe an hour tops prior to closing and they simply just stop using the drive-thru. We waited over 20 minutes and did laps, in case the sensor didn’t pick us up. The last time this happened, I went inside and asked why they weren’t using their drive-thru or responding to us. They simply said “It’s hectic in here.” Mind you they were just trying to clean and do closing procedures with maybe 1-2 customers already eating within the restaurant. Therefore, they weren’t busy with customers. They were busy trying to get done faster and refused to respond to drive-thru traffic. Not to mention the daily pace of the staff throughout the day being incredibly slow and will not take any further orders until they complete the order at hand. Unfortunately, this is our closest location to home but we attempt to utilize the one nearest our work when possible.

SLOW RUDE SERVICE! Left me at the window after I waited 10 mins behind one car at least. I’m just picking up a drink. I should have been handed my drink next. I literally had to get off after waiting in drive thru just to get a Pepsi for my drive to Raleigh. Now 20 mins behind. Thank you.

I don’t know what’s going on with Panera bread on Ramsey Street but their quality of food is getting horrible. I ordered a broccoli and cheese soup and a green goddess salad the broccoli soup was so watery it tasted like water. The green goddess salad mix was rotten moldy and light green. I took it back in and was given another salad made out of romaine lettuce instead and it was wilted. I was told this is how their salad mix is being delivered. Well if this is how it’s being delivered you should have thrown it away instead of serving it to your customers. This was really disturbing that you would serve your customer a rotten salad.

Who ever was at the driver through intercom today (12/18) at 1:26pm was very rude. It’s not about the wait time and all about how you talk to ppl. Do better.
