Keisha and James are absolutely rare beautiful souls! Their warm and inviting personalities caught my attention and pulled me right on in. They were super helpful with the menu and had the absolutely BEST attitudes I’ve possible ever encountered anywhere! They truly made my first ever experience here a wonderful experience! They are an asset and a blessing to this company no doubt! Thank you both beautiful souls for a wonderful experience! Food was as flavorful as they said it would be! I’d come back time and time again just to chat with them both!

If I could give this location 0 stars, I absolutely would. I had been coming here Monday-Friday every morning to get a large iced coffee for the last 2 months. I don’t know her name but she’s the only older light skin black woman that works here with a cocked-eye. She’s already very hateful to the average customer. By coming everyday, you start to notice things that people do. This woman will loudly trash talk the customers to other employees like she isn’t being heard. I always never spoke to her bc of that & her nasty attitude. She’s been rude to me off and on but I just would brush it off. Today she approached me while I was making my coffee accusing me of stealing liquid sugar syrup when I was putting it in my coffee.
I’m sorry, how can you steal sugar syrup that is put out to use in your coffee… especially when you spent $4.29 for your large iced coffee. I’m sorry but I’m going to make my coffee sweet and how I like it… Especially being that I spent $4.29 on this large iced coffee & that I do EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING here‼️‼️‼️
To be treated like trash and to have security called on you secretly like you’re a thief when you’re a paying customer is ridiculous and uncalled for.
I showed security my receipts showing I come every morning & they were totally on my side. They said this is the type of petty BS they have to deal with & they’re tired of it.
I will go to the Ramsey St or Raeford Rd location only from here on out.
If she’s reading this, I will be sure that I let this be known by someone over you at Panera.
You don’t get to treat other people like trash just because you feel like it. You don’t get to patronize and antagonize people. You don’t know me, so to purposely keep picking on me shows that you clearly have issues. But I’m going to make sure that you learn your lesson ma’am.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by the very best team at Panera bread. My order was taken by a guy named Zachary (who was very helpful and polite). Not to mention the manager who stepped out front to make sure everything was handled 100%, she was the absolute best, not knowing just how much I needed this that day.
Also the two working in the back, Ariel and Vincent was great with getting my order prepared with excellence. I had to ask each of their names before I left, because this was by far one of my best experiences there. Thank you all for making the difference!

I’ve been to quite a few Paneras and I was very impressed with this one. Everyone was so nice! The food was delicious and tasted so fresh. It was quite busy but they handled the crowd so smoothly and in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff for everything. Lunch was fantastic!

I ordered the new ham and egg croissant Benny and it’s supposed to be like an eggs Benedict sandwich. The main ingredient and eggs Benedict is Hollandaise. It had none on there not even a drop hollandaise ruin the sandwich for me. I mean they should at least make sure the main ingredient is on the sandwich.
