Love this Panera bread, i stop in almost daily on my way to work to get my sip club beverage that I order ahead on the app and its always ready for me to run in and pick up. The staff is friendly and prompt. Smooth experience.

I joined the unlimited sip club, free until Halloween and have visited this location a few times. My order is never completely accurate. They don’t really have sweet tea but it’s on the menu – you must add your own sweeteners which doesn’t work well for iced tea. I don’t like that the duets mostly come with tomato soup (although this is a corporate decision). My cookies never look like the pics. I had to return a soup because it was only broth. For the prices, the service experience should be better. On the bright side, the fountain ginger ale is the best.

panera decided to take away the drive through option at this location? they turned the panera drive through into a mobile pick up only lane, not only is this inconvenient but it’s incredibly unsafe. instead of being able to go to a drive through in a hurry, you now have to either 1: go inside of the store or 2: pull over and order on their mobile app or attempt to do it while driving. We asked one of the employees why they made this change (not their fault obviously) and her response was “supposed to be more convenient” . Who’s gonna tell ‘em?

Just ate at Panera today, we were pressed for time and it was a quick lunch! Food was great. However I was in a rush to get out of there and left my purse. I didn’t realize this til I was back at work and called about 30 mins later. Jordan, the manager, found it hanging on the back of a chair and secured it so I could go back and grab it after work. The food was great, but I appreciate Jordan and his team even more. I’m flying back to AZ tomorrow and so glad I got my drivers license back along with everything else. Thanks again Jordan and Panera!!

Why is this location allowed to be trash and remain this way? So this visit, as I always get the same thing from Panera, I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and broccoli and cheddar soup. I visit numerous Panera breads due to work, and this one always fails.

I love that this location has a drive thru window and the customer service was great. I had an issue the first time with bruised bananas, but that was resolved, and all of the food was fresh this second time around.

Place was very unclean, sticky floor and piled up dishes not picked up for cleaning. Everything looked out of ordered. Worst one I’ve ever visited. OTHERS are always clean. I certainly would not dine in.
