Very clean, plenty of parking, dining area was clean and friendly staff! Bakery items were nicely displayed and looked very fresh. Today I tried a value duet – tuna and tomato soup. Both were nicely presented. There is also a drive thru option here.

Panera is a great restaurant and this location delivered on the quality expected. I gave it four stars because of the limited size and the limited parking.
This location is about one third the size of a normal Panera, so be prepared that seating is limited. With the amount of offices around this location it seems to cater to the to-go orders instead of people dining-in. To accommodate the to-go portion they have about 10 parking spaces reserved up front.
They’ve got the food preparation and to-go portion managed well, however, because of the limited seating people seem to walk around looking for a place to sit. Not a big deal because of how good the food is but just something to be aware of. During the warmer weather they accommodate for the limited seating with outdoor seating.

Best Panera we’ve been to in a while. They close at 4, but have great service! Ran out of blueberries bagels but baked them fresh right before close.

Did you know that Panera Bread gives 3rd party delivery drivers an empty cup to fill up for their customers that order through apps??? I didn’t until today. (I was told by a Panera employee)
Delivery drivers are NOT food service workers. They are there to transport an item from one place to another. Why is Panera Bread making them handle/prepare consumables (food) with unclean hands??

Oh yeah, they got my order wrong. No hummus in my Mediterranean bowl and no drink. This place is trifling at best.

I joined the unlimited sip club, free until Halloween and have visited this location a few times. My order is never completely accurate. They don’t really have sweet tea but it’s on the menu – you must add your own sweeteners which doesn’t work well for iced tea. I don’t like that the duets mostly come with tomato soup (although this is a corporate decision). My cookies never look like the pics. I had to return a soup because it was only broth. For the prices, the service experience should be better. On the bright side, the fountain ginger ale is the best.

I placed a large rapid pick up order the day before I needed it. When I went to pick up I didn’t see my order. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes before a guy at the pick up window acknowledged me and asked what I needed. I told him what I was picking up and my company name as well as my name. He couldn’t find it. Asked if I ordered it from catering. I told him no and I had the email saying it was ready and was trying to show him the email. Finally he found it and boldly reminded me that in the future it was under my name.. although my order confirmation and receipt has both names listed. I should have went to another place to get food for a client presentation!

2. Two items were missing from my order and had to be requested.
3. Bread was over cooked and not up to standards.
4. Cookie was hard enough to potentially chip a tooth.
Recommendation: Avoid. District manager needs to live at the restaurant for a month, train or rehire employees and get it up to Panera standards.
