Waited nearly twenty minutes in drive thru for one car in front of us to get their one bag of food. Finally our turn, no apologies for the long wait, and the chicken teriyaki bowl was so sparse, the food barely lined the bottom of the bowl. Which is NOT what I’ve experienced at other Paneras. For that long of a wait, $12 plus tax, for not enough food to fill you up, not a pleasant experience. The food was hot, but had a look at if it has been setting out for awhile. Not good. Won’t be back.

The drive through was very convenient. The location was easy to get in and out of. My sandwich was good and accurate to what I ordered, however it should have been cut in half and the outside of the bread was messy with avocado on it. I will go back to this location if in the area. My food was a couple minutes later than promised, but I didn’t find that to be an issue. Bread was good and ingredients were fresh. Staff was friendly.

I got a southwest caeser salad and the lettuce was all core pieces and tasted horrible. I had maybe 2 or 3 good pieces of salad but the rest I wasnt able to eat. There was little to no dressing at all so it was very dry. For the price of it I just wish I could have actually eaten it instead of getting the worst pieces of lettuce !!!

Ordered the green goddess chicken Cobb salad. The chicken looked and tasted so bad that I called in for a new one without chicken, but apparently they decided to make me a salad with 1 small bite of an avocado and a quarter of an egg slice. Not worth how much the salads are.

The worst Panera I’ve EVER entered & eaten at. We were there at 11 AM. The restaurant hadn’t been cleaned from the day before—floors littered w/food & trash, tables sticky & stuff on them. Just dirty all ‘round. Bathrooms, men & women (per my husband & me) were unkempt. Toilets & sinks in need of attention, as well of floor. The person in charge of housekeeping should be fired. I had soup. One goes into Panera’s knowing it’s expensive. However, I didn’t expect to pay for plastic in my soup—$15 for a bowl of soup & 2 drinks. I guess the plastic was thrown in as a bonus … could’ve been a choking hazard had I not noticed it in time. Panera’s corporate offices should be ashamed of this one.

This is the third time that i have come to this location and the store is closed. Walked to the drive through and asked the manager were they closed. He tells me that we are opening a little late. Informs me that he will open the door and totally ignores me. If this a franchise location. The owner needs to show up unannounced and see what type of disregard for his or her business is taking place. TERRIBLE location to visit. Especially when you have order a meal online for pickup.

Absolutely awful. Will never go there again. Service was terrible and everyone was unfriendly and seemed like they hated working there. I was there with my very hungry 4 year old and it took 30 mins to get my food. I asked for a refund and magically my food appeared. Everything was wrong! My chicken club sandwich had nothing but chicken and a smashed tomato. My salad was brown and my daughters grilled cheese wasn’t grilled! It was 2 slices of bread with melted cheese in it. Unbelievable. These people have the easiest job in the world and can’t even make a grilled cheese right. I learned how to make those when I was 5!
