I come into this Panera once in a while to pick up bagels and coffee for my team at work and they never let me down. Bagels are always fresh, the hazelnut coffee is great, and the service is wonderful (even at 7 in the morning).

Panera bread is a go-to staple in our house. The cheddar broccoli soup is dynamite! The new Buffalo chicken sandwich is delightful. The service at all times is stellar. I have not had a bad meal here yet. I have made some poor choices and given myself FOMO (Fear of missing out). For breakfast, try the souffle. The cheese and artichokes souffle is very good. Coffee is also very good. Atmosphere is like being at a log cabin or a down home feel. One especially nice perk of Panera is its no plastic utensils. Real plates and such. Overall it’s a good meal for a very decent price. I would recommend this establishment. All food is natural, no preservativesor fake colors.

This restaurant is very slow. The young lady at the window told me it wouldn’t be long. Then she came back and moved me to Spot 2. I waited about 15 minutes just to get the wrong food. I ordered a Smoky buffalo sandwich, broccoli soup and a Apple. I was given the Pepperoni sandwich instead.

I was disappointed that almost half my bread was missing. For the price, I did expect this to be noticed. I’ve worked in the food industry and wouldn’t serve this bread (please note that the picture doesn’t do it justice and it missing more than it looks like lol). Other than this, panera is usually really good and this won’t really stop me from eating her again just maybe check my food before leaving lol.

I keep trying to patron this establishment to keep being disappointed!!!! Every time my family orders take out, something gets left off!! This is so frustrating!!! And when I call to discuss the problem, no one answers!!! My family is a witness! Hence why I’m taking matters into my hands and forming this review. You guys must do better!!! My salad had no cheese, hardly any chicken and I had hardly any dressing in the take home containers!!!! But I paid $14.82 for a salad and green tea????!!!! This IS NOT OKAY!!!

I used to love Panera Bread. I ordered a Chicken Ceasar Salad and it was mediocre at best. There wasn’t very much Lettuce or Chicken and the complimentary bread was so small, I almost didn’t see it in the bag. There was two half-filled containers of salad dressing. The whole meal was sub-par. If I felt like driving back I would have returned it and requested a refund. They are on my list or should I say off my list.

The staff was really nice. When we ordered a muffin and they ran out of muffins they gave us three cookies to make up for it. The food is extremely expensive but exquisite. The mac & cheese was great. Their chicken frontera was ok. Their chips are legendary. Overall I had a great time at Panera. Their bathrooms are really clean.

Truly amazing experience I haven’t been to this location yet and was late for our pickup but it was still very fresh and the very nice employee Tylee with the lovely Braids helped make sure we had our full order and were truly satisfied she was so nice makes me want to go again! Everyone looked happy there and the most important part of a place to me is seeing that the employees are happy and the customers are relaxed well done everyone very good energy much love it was all great!!
