Staff is very friendly, and I get good food each time I go. The tables and bathroom could be cleaner. The fireplace is nice. I got some lemonade and it was awful, not sure if they forgot the sugar or what…. Location is easy to find, parking lot could be bigger. Reliable place,

Absolutely terrible. Could careless about there customers. Sent completely wrong order just threw our bead in a bag no wrap no nothing. Called to get order replacement and was told they can’t do that bc I choose delivery. The only saving grace is I did get my money back. Have no idea how this place plans on staying in business when they could care less about customer experience. Hell they didnt even verify what my order was what was wrong or anything just said ill issue a refund. Clearly this location is use to getting call backs. Do better when ur charging $22 for 2 CUPS of soup. Clearly ownership doesn’t give 2 crap about its customer base as u can see they dont even take the time to respond to reviews

Probably one of the best choices for a quick and healthier breakfast. The food was served quickly and the staff was very nice. The bathrooms were clean and you can mix your own drinks to your liking. Would come here again.

Came here for breakfast today on Wednesday 11/26, and really felt the need to leave a kind review about the young man who was on the drive thru! He was very welcoming, kind, and overall had an amazing attitude throughout the entire experience. I didn’t catch his name but he had long black curly hair, a beard, and was super smiley! Please give this man the recognition he deserves!

I used to love going to Panera but it’s been going downhill recently. My husband and I ordered to bowls of soup for dinner tonight as we’re both under the weather. It took over half an hour to arrive, was barely warm, and the order was wrong. When we called about the wrong order we were immediately offered a refund which makes me think this is a common issue. Maybe get your team to straighten up and fix orders correctly instead of doling out refunds. So disappointed.

I would like to commend 2 employees, the manager Devonya and Genesis at the front. Everytime I come in here Devonya is very personable and polite and intentional with the customers. She always says hello and have a nice day when people leave. She always checks up on the customers as she passes by and she is ALWAYS consistent. Genesis at the front is always a pleasure to interact with and he is that way every single time. I like to honor truly good service as much as people are quick to get up here and complain.

The staff was really nice. When we ordered a muffin and they ran out of muffins they gave us three cookies to make up for it. The food is extremely expensive but exquisite. The mac & cheese was great. Their chicken frontera was ok. Their chips are legendary. Overall I had a great time at Panera. Their bathrooms are really clean.

I come into this Panera once in a while to pick up bagels and coffee for my team at work and they never let me down. Bagels are always fresh, the hazelnut coffee is great, and the service is wonderful (even at 7 in the morning).
Faith puts together a gorgeous display.

We came in with a large group and the young man at the counter was very patient and competent at taking our order (as someone who also works in the service industry, it’s always a sign of a great employee)! Food came out correct and in a timely manner, even on a busy weekend.
