What is going on today?? Just ordered at Panera and it’s 3pm. No one in side but every table is disgusting. Asked someone. On their phone if they could wipe some tables. They came and sprayed and did 2 swipes and left. Does anyone actually work or care anymore??!!

12/26/21 We used their in store screen ordering machine. A lot of stuff wasn’t available. I ordered the breakfast soufflé but then was told it would take 20 mins. They had to refund us, and then I had to place a new order (spinach, egg, tomato, and cheese sandwich). It was good. The staff were courteous but not really welcoming. Spacious dine in area and seemed cleaned. I would say that I just don’t see myself coming back.

The soup and bread were delicious, but for the price of a bowl, we only got 1/2 a cup of soup. it didn’t come close to being worth the money. What a disappointment. I won’t be doing take-out from there anymore!

Clean and quiet. People on their laptops and quietly chatting. The attendants were nice and professional. Very clean. My only gripe is costly. Grilled cheese sandwich and small soup, $15. I suppose that’s the new norm with inflation. Overall nice place to visit sometimes.

When to Panera Bread on 1/18/20 got two cups of cheese and broccoli soup! It was so good and hot best soup ever. So I took my mom and sister back today after church and it was a slap in the face. Our cheese and broccoli soup was not hot and it was very thin. This soup was nothing like it was last night. What is going on here? Your prices are way to high to be serving disappointing food. The good thing about this was the manager did make it up to us. I will be back! Well I tried you again yesterday 8/7/23. I ordered a half chicken salad sandwich. When I got back to work I was shocked to see just how little chicken salad you had on this sandwich. Talk about cutting back Barbie could have eaten this sandwich. Oh! Your price was higher. Shame on you. Another one off my list.
