Just went to Panera on roxboro st in Durham nc. I ordered a cheese flatbread, Mediterranean veggie and broccoli Mac and cheese. They did have the bread for the sandwich that originally comes with it they gave me 2 options. I chose French baguette. The sandwich comes out with brioche bun which isn’t what I asked for. The broccoli Mac and cheese was more soup than anything and was at best lukewarm.

This was not a bad little “restaurant” when this location first opened. Currently it is just pitiful. Some mornings they hardly have any bagels at all & several afternoons (today was a good example, about 3pm) there was only ONE bagel on the rack (a plain one) & a few cookies in the display case (NO pastries, no brownies, no muffins). None of the employees really seem to care & half the time you have to wait for someone to show up at the counter to take your order. Spend your $$$$ somewhere else……

A gentleman that appeared to be the manager was incredibly helpful in providing assistance for not only me but another customer that came in and was not familiar with ordering at the self service kiosks provided. I also observed same gentleman assisting another lady while I ate. That kind of customer service is a bit rare these days and was much appreciated! I wish I had gotten his name to share with the corporate team. Thanks again!

I want to give a huge shout out to Prince and his team for taking care of a group of grassroots community organizers as the host location for the ADU summit in Bragtown. A good time was had by the kids and grown ups alike. They provided great service like they were matre ds at an upscale restaurant. Keep up the good work!

Tried to order delivery: mandatory $5 convenience fee, $7 tip, plus delivery fee. Switched to carryout, noticed items several dollars cheaper on menu as well. Pretty sneaky. Literally saved $20 by picking it up. Got there, they were out of baguettes at 6pm, had to get 2 more bags of chips instead. Chicken Tikka masala soup had absolutely zero chicken in it. Very disappointed.

It’s a shame to give Panera bread 1 star but this specific location customer service is ummm LACKING! It’s like they’re not trained on customer service, just taking the money. I’ve been to this location multiple times in the morning only pulled up bc there was no line but still had to wait over 10 mins to wait to be greeted at the speaker, have my order taken, and then the longest part is waiting for them to take payment. I’ve even driven out of line once because it takes way to long to serve this fast food. They’re not cooking the food fresh either. Stale baguettes reflect the customer service & it’s a shame. Management should focus on proper training for customer service and food quality. I stopped going bc of wait time and food quality. They just don’t care at all in the morning

Everytime I go to this Panera my order is always wrong! Today was this locations last chance. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and they got my order wrong. I checked my order at the window and had them remake it and it was wrong a second time. They always try to rush you when making a drive through order and they always get it wrong! Shut this location down!
