2026 update: ordered a whole caesar salad with chicken and was given a bowl maybe 1/3 full, hardly any lettuce, no chicken and old vegetables. I bought it to the managers attention and he offered no other resolution other than a refund. Whoever made the salad should be ashamed of themselves and the manager should be even more ashamed for allowing such poor quality.
You would think if youre paying $8 for a bowl of soup they’d at least fill up the bowl. When I do order rapid pick up, they never use their designated pick up section, rather just place it in the window where they serve dine in folks. I’ve stood there plenty of times without being greeted wondering on the status of an order which I was told was ready. Customer service goes a long way and this location has zero.

The food was good and service was quick and friendly. But they didn’t have ketchup… they had packets of mustard and mayo but no ketchup. It didn’t even look like they normally had it but are out and when I asked about it the response seemed to indicate they’ve never had it. How can you sell breakfast sandwiches, in America, and not have ketchup? I can tell you the asiago sausage and egg breakfast sandwich would have benefited greatly from a bit of ketchup.

The sevice was great. I had one of the best chicken sandwiches ever, and the spicy soap was incredible only available for the season we are in now Sept. Not HOT just nice and spicy, and came with a nice little loaf of warm bread. I can’t wait to go back again. Met the manager sorry forgot his name but a super nice guy and willing and wanting to serve his cutomers. Please don’t look close as the soap bowl as it is half empty, I was busy spooning it down.

I understand having 2 consecutive items I wanted to order not available. Breakfast ends at 11am and we were ordering kinda late. But the 3rd option banana I received was unexcusable. The banana was so ripe the peel was almost orange. It was so mushy and it made our car reek of alcohol. I was seriously afraid of being pulled over by a cop and having to explain that smell wasn’t an open bottle but an overripe banana that should have been sent to the compost bin. Don’t believe me, see the picture I took of it.

Panera is certainly one of the more appetizing chains available. This location in particular can sometimes take a little bit of time to prepare the food, but it is always done right and consistent. Parking is very easy and accessible

Every time I go to this Panera, I get a chicken CAESER Salad. Every time I am given ranch dressing. When this is a $12 salad the least you can do is give the proper dressing. I know Caesar dressing and ranch are similar in appearance but do better. If you cannot do the job well and offer the product correctly, don’t offer it at all.

Stopped in to grab take out. Ordered French Bistro Onion Soup, Chips, Steak and White Cheddar Cheese Sandwich, plus petite chocolate chip cookies. Everything was delicious and fresh. Loved that they had Ginger Ale as a fountain drink.
