The visit today wasn’t the best. The place was kind of messy inside. The lady behind the counter was struggling to take our order and very hard to hear behind her mask. We ordered dine in, but our food came in bags because they “were short staffed and weren’t doing any dishes.” We had no plates and had to eat off of our bags, and the meal was missing an item. At least the food was decent, but still overpriced for what you get. My turkey chili soup was nearly $8.. but it was good.

Great place for some fast, fresh food. I love the new ordering process with the displays and payment systems. Not hot on giving a tip before I get my food, I wish restaurants didn’t adopt this model. The atmosphere is warm and the chairs are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly as well.

Panera is setting themselves apart in the quick service industry with locations like this. They have built a comfortable and stylish dining room to accompany their sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries. The dining space is terrific, even if the parking lot is awkward. They also offer a drive through and quick pickup which is convenient. They lose two stars for me because of their pricing. Many entrees are north of $10. That’s too much for what you get, which is delicious food in a pleasant environment. The Panera experience is slightly better than most competitors, but costs almost twice the price. They haven’t done enough to justify the extra expense.

I ordered a hot sub and however the bread was hard. I found myself having to eat the middle of the sandwich and throw away the ends like I’m 7 years old. I don’t typically eat Panera and with this recent experience I’m probably not going to go again.

The quality, or lack thereof, seems to be a trend at this location. Just received an order that was missing all 4 baguettes, no soup for the cheese and then this miserable sandwich. $2 to add avocado, that single measly slice.

Left my debit card. There was a fraudulent charge that night at the same panera. Panera had my card, located the $30 charge, but could not assist me further. I emailed panera customer service directly, they sent me a giftcard within an hour. It was actually quite impressive how fast they responded. 5 stars to corporate, 1 star to onsite staff.

For $31 including a $2 tip. This is what we got plus 2 sweet teas. This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. I could barely taste the chicken salad, because there was hardly any. The other sandwich , you tasted nothing but mustard. $11.50 for a tiny salad. Asked to speak to the manager to compliment the male cashier. Stood there for several minutes watching her text. She never came out.
